Water circulation in the circuits of the thermal network is carried out using pumps of heating circuits, warm floor and WCS. A single-stage hot water supply scheme is recommended, according to which the WAN load is covered using a 29 kW Baxi slim UB 80 storage water heater. Water from the boiler circuit is supplied to the boiler by the Wilo star RS25/6 pump of the WCS circuit, and the supply of heated water from the boiler to the consumer is provided by the head of the drinking water supply network. It is recommended to circulate the GVA using a pump.

Main Design Solutions

The project envisages installation of Baxi Slim 1.490 cast-iron hot water boiler iN 49 kW thermal capacity installed in the furnace house.

The heating system of the building is water, double-tube with dead end movement of the coolant, divided into three branches. Coolant parameters in the 85/70 ˚S network.

Water circulation in the circuits of the thermal network is carried out using pumps of heating circuits, warm floor and WCS. To compensate for thermal expansion of the coolant, the Reflex N35 expansion tank for the heating system, for the Reflex DD8 WAN system must be provided.

Aluminum sectional radiators of the brand Radena S500 and Radena S350 are adopted as heating devices.

Heat flow from radiators is controlled using Icma brand Art 986 thermostatic heads. The pipeline system is made of Altstream metal plastic pipes..

Pipelines are laid in bracing at elev. 0,100. In bedrooms piping of heating system is laid internally at elevation + 0.600

Hydraulic linkage of branches 1, 2, 3 of the heating system is carried out using thermostatic valves installed on the collector group.

The air is discharged from the heating system by manual air vents installed in the radiator plugs in the upper part of the radiator, as well as using the air vent of the boiler included in the safety group..

Warm floor system.

In the hall, corridor, hallway and kitchen, the project provides for the construction of a "warm floor" system. The entire system is divided into three circuits to minimize pressure loss. The laying method is "snail."

The design temperature on the floor surface is + 24 ° С.

The warm floor is made of Altstream metal plastic pipes with a diameter of ⌀16kh2,0 .

The coolant is analyzed from the collector group. Drain valves and automatic air vents are built into the collector unit.

Pump mixing unit with circulation pump "Wilo StarRS 25/6" is installed in system control unit, due to which specified parameters of coolant are maintained. Thermometers are installed on the supply and return pipelines to monitor the operating parameters of the coolant in the system. At design floor temperature tp = 24 ° С, the water temperature in the supply line must be equal to tp = 35 ° С.

Installation Instructions

The systems shall be manufactured, installed and tested in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.01.85 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems." Perform "warm floor" installation works in accordance with SP 4110298 "Design and installation of heating systems pipelines using metal-polymer pipes.

Piping shall be laid through walls and partitions in sleeves made of steel pipelines with an internal diameter exceeding by at least 20 mm the diameter of the passing pipeline.

The piping shall be tested at a positive ambient temperature and not earlier than 16 hours after the last joint is welded.

The design pressure in the pipeline and the test time shall be assigned according to SNiP 3.05.0185.

At the end of the tests, the pipeline is flushed with water for 3 hours.

Heating devices shall be installed at a distance from the wall of not less than 50 mm, distance from the floor - 120 mm, inter-axial distance of supplied pipelines - 500mm for Radena R500 and 350mm for Radena R350.

Provide water removal from the safety valve to a safe place.

When connecting the boiler to the electrical network, strictly observe phasing.
