Description

The designed one-story industrial building, erected in Voronezh, has a complex configuration in plan. The building consists of a metal workshop and three reinforced concrete workshops perpendicular to it and parallel to each other. Metal shop with span L1 = 24m and long A = 66m has bridge support crane with lifting capacity Q1 = 50t. Shop height H1 = 15.6 m. Reinforced concrete shops with spans L2 = 24m, L3 = 24m, L4 = 18m and long B = 72m are also equipped with bridge support cranes. Lifting capacity of cranes Q2 = 20t; Q3=20t; Q4=30t. Height of reinforced concrete shops - H2 = 12.0m, H3 = 12.0m, H4 = 14.4m.

Master Plan

The designed building is a one-story industrial building located in the industrial zone of Voronezh.

The relief of the construction site is calm, with slight slopes. The construction site is provided with centralized heat supply, water supply, industrial-household and storm sewage, electricity supply.

The removal of surface water from the building is designed in an open way - by the canvas of roads having asphalt pavement in reduced places, with the further release of storm sewage into the raindrops.

The width of the roadway is taken 10 and 5 meters. Maximum rotation radii 10 meters. Pavements with asphalt pavement, 1.5 and 3 meters wide, are also provided.

To ensure normal sanitary and hygienic conditions at the site, landscaping measures are provided: planting shrubs, trees, lawns.

Production buildings should be located relative to the light and the dominant wind direction, taking into account their most favorable natural lighting and ventilation.

Volumetric - planning solution

Height of reinforced concrete shops - H2 = 12.0m, H3 = 12.0m, H4 = 14.4m .

Constructive solution

Production building of frame type. Stability and rigidity in the transverse direction is provided by transverse frames, where column posts are rigidly pinched into the foundation, and in the upper belt they have a hinged connection with rafters. The hinged attachment on the upper belt is due to the fact that it provides a rigid connection with the column.

In the longitudinal direction, rigidity and stability are provided by transverse frames, where the posts are all columns of the temperature block, and interconnected crane beams. The coating disc also increases stiffness.

The stability of the frame in the longitudinal direction is influenced by the height of the building, the presence of bridge cranes. Frame stability shall be ensured within each temperature unit.

4.2 Structural solution of metal frame

According to its structural scheme, the steel frame is generally similar to reinforced concrete and is the main bearing structure of the industrial building. The main elements of the supporting steel frame are flat transverse frames formed by columns and rafters. Longitudinal frame elements of crane beams, girders, runs and covers are supported on transverse frames installed according to the adopted pitch of columns 6m. Spatial rigidity of the frame is achieved by a device of connections in the longitudinal and transverse direction.

Foundations.

The foundations are separate, stepped, reinforced concrete. The upper elevation of the foundation is 1,000. The lower part of the column has a base for transmitting and distributing pressure from the steel column rod to the foundation area, and also secures the lower end of the column in the foundation. Foundations for fachwerk columns - monolithic reinforced concrete.
