Additional information

General Data

1. The working design of the residential building is based on :

architectural and construction drawings; customer tasks

2. The design capacity of the cottage is 11.61 kW.

3. Mains voltage ~ 380/220 V.

4. The neutral mode of the supply network is with a de-grounded neutral.

5. According to the degree of reliability of power supply, electrical installations of consumers belong to the III category.

6. Electric power is accounted for by three-phase active energy meter installed in BRU.

7. The normalized illumination of the premises of the house is adopted in accordance with SP 311102003 and SNiP 230595. Light engineering calculation was made using the specific power method.

8. With regard to the danger of electric shock - all rooms without increased danger with the exception of the bathroom. Lighting fixtures and electrical installation articles must have a degree of protection of the shell not lower than IP44, sockets are protected by ultrasound systems with a leakage current of not more than 30 mA.

9. All rooms are non-explosive and fire hazardous according to PUE, with the exception of technical room, garage - PIIa. The degree of protection of electrical installation products, lamps and sockets is not lower than IP54.

10. The list of types of hidden works for which, in accordance with item 7.7 of SNiP 3.01.01.85, acts are drawn up in the form of Appendix No. 6:

- cable laying behind suspended ceilings in pipes;

- installation of long branching boxes is hidden under plaster and suspended ceilings.

11. Internal wiring shall be such that, if necessary, it is possible to replace the faulty wiring section without dismantling wall panels or suspended ceilings.

Protective safety measures.

All metal, normally non-energized parts of the electrical equipment are busy. A protective bus ("PE") is provided to fill the metal housings of stationary and portable electric receivers, to which zero protective conductors of the group network are connected.

As an additional measure of protection against electric shock, protective shutdown devices (RCD) with a nominal actuation current of not more than 30 mA are provided. RCs are installed in group lines supplying household sockets and kitchen electrical equipment. To prevent false actuations, zero operating conductors N, which are connected after the ultrasound, should not be connected to electric receiver housings..

Serial actuation of PE zero protective conductor in protective contacts of plug sockets is not allowed. This requirement also applies to the connection of lamps and other electric receivers.

Socket sockets must have a protective device that automatically closes the sockets when the plug is removed.

Make the main grounding bus (GWB) inside the unit IGU. Use the PE bus as the GWN. The GWD conductivity shall not be less than the PE conductivity of the feed line conductor. Perform GZSH copper. The GZSH design shall ensure the possibility of individual connection (disconnection) of conductors to it only with the help of a tool, be mechanically strong and ensure continuity of the electric circuit.

Connect the following conductive parts to the main grounding bus:

- main protective conductor;

- main grounding conductor;

- steel pipes of utilities entering the building (pipes of cold water supply, sewerage);

- metal parts of building structures.

The GWN at both ends shall be indicated by longitudinal or transverse strips of yellow-green color of the same width. Isolated potential equalization conductors shall have insulation indicated by yellow-green strips.

Perform an additional potential equalization system in the bathroom, connect all open conductive parts of electrical installations, third-party conductive parts of electrical installations and zero protective conductors of all electrical equipment, sockets and steel pipes of HVC and HVC. Ground the metal frame of the bath with connection to an additional potential equalization system.

Electricity metering

Requirements for meter installation shall be fulfilled in accordance with PUE chapter 1.5. The electrical wiring to the meters shall comply with the PUE requirements given in chapters 2.1 and 3.4. Sections of wires and cables connected to the counter shall be accepted in accordance with 3.4.4 (see also 1.5.19). When installing the meter, refer to PUE, chaps. 1.5.35 and 1.5.36.

The counter shall be grounded (busy) in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1.7.

Electric equipment

• Introductory device, BRU and PIO are assembled according to individual order .

• Protection of outgoing lines is performed by circuit breakers with combined disconnector, with response characteristic of type "C." The project provided installation of devices of protection of the AVV brand of S231, S233 series
