The MCDS server (Server "ParsecNet") connected to the Ethernet network is used as the main receiving and control equipment of the access control system. The server constantly polls devices connected through the local Ethernet network, receives information about the status of door loops, requests for verification of access codes and issues commands according to the specified algorithm. To differentiate access to the entrance/exit to the premises near the door, proximity readers are installed to work with contactless Emmarine access cards, which are used as electronic pass tools. PREH08 reader is connected to AWS "ParsecNet" for on-line clearance processing.

Software Description:

The integrated ParsecNET 3 system supports one to several hundred pass points. The system uses the cards as the Proximity keys.

The PNSoft software supports, in addition to the standard, many additional functions necessary: a database of personnel photos, graphical plans of alarm zones, time recording, and so on.

ParsecNET 3 also allows you to export generated reports, personnel databases, etc. to CSV files (these are text files in which data is separated by certain characters, for example, semicolons) and XML. It is also possible to export reports to many formats (pdf, doc, xls and others).

The ParsecNET 3 software can run on a single PC or simultaneously on multiple LAN devices. In this case, the hardware can be connected simultaneously to several PCs. To access the server, you must use a license key, the server stores a general configuration and a list of available modules. The software installed on the server collects and stores information, as well as organizing network communication and data exchange. All system management and administration functions are available both from workstations (when you enter the System Administrator password) and from the server.

The maximum number of concurrent PCs in system ParsecNET 3 is determined when ordering the system. The project provides the software order for one AWS and one server.

The access control and monitoring system includes emergency exit buttons, which are required in critical situations (fire, emergency evacuation). These emergency exit buttons are connected to the MCDS system controller so that even if communication with the MCDS system server is lost, people can leave the room protected by the access system.

Software composition:

• Standard software version with the ability to support an unlimited number of pass points;

• additional workstation module for the system;

• Time and attendance module with report generator;

• Module for preparation, maintenance of database and printing of plastic cards;

• A module for automatically entering documents from the scanner and recognizing them in order to automate the processing of pass requests.
