Description

The purpose of this course work is to develop an automated set of technical means for controlling the technological process of ammonium nitrate production to improve product quality, increase volume and reduce energy consumption. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following problems: 

  • To study the technology of neutralization of nitric acid with gaseous ammonia;
  • To carry out a description of the functional scheme of the technological process;
  • Make a choice of automation tools;
  • Calculate the narrowing device for measuring the flow rate.
