Application

Architectural and construction part.

1.1. Introduction.

"Multifunctional Center of Culture and Sports" in Neryungri was developed on the basis of documents, the list of which is given in the project.

Climatic characteristics:

- climatic subarea 1B

- design outside air temperature of cold five days - 490С

- standard snow load 130 kgf/m2

- wind speed head 23 kgf/m2

- seismicity 9 points

The design solutions of the building provide:

- standard durability and optimal operation mode;

- repairability and possibility to monitor the technical condition of the main elements and systems of engineering equipment;

- saving of labor and heat and power resources;

- reduction of costs for heat maintenance and repair of engineering equipment structures.

1.1.2. Master Plan.

Administratively, the building is located at the intersection of Ave. Lenin and st. Friendship of Peoples.

Technical and economic indicators of the master plan:

- area of the site 4000.0m2

- building area 989.2m2

- passage area, sites 1220.0m2

1.1.4. Improvement of the territory

The main driveways and sidewalks are made with a paved asphalt concrete. The area is made of paving stone.

The project also provides for the planting of trees and shrubs. The applied assortment of green spaces consists of local breeds that have high frost resistance and decoration. Lawns are sown with perennial grasses.

1.2. Space-planning solution.

The building is 2 storeys, in the plane- round, the size along the extreme axes is 33500mm,

The relative elevation 0.000 is the floor elevation of the first floor, which corresponds to the absolute elevation 861.61.

A feature of the planning solution is a universal hall made in two levels.

Separate entrances for visitors and loading of goods are designed in the building.

The planning solution provides for the following groups of rooms:

- rooms for visitors;

- production premises;

- administrative and household premises.

Rooms for visitors are presented: universal hall, lobby with dressing room, dining room, washroom, bathroom, gym, circle, subscription, reading room.

Production facilities are represented by: loading, cold shop, meat shop, vegetable shop, distribution room, washing dining room and kitchen.

Administrative and household premises are represented by: the director's office and the methodological office, the staff room, the coaching, artistic, costume, storage room of equipment and furniture.

In addition, the following rooms are provided:

- entrance vestibules, staircases, for communication with the second floor, balconies.

1.3. Interior decoration

In the finishing of the main rooms, high-quality types of finishing work are used. Internal walls and partitions are lined with gypsum board and finished depending on the purpose of the premises: polyvinyl acetate water emulsion compositions, Fintex wallpaper with a subsequent layer of water emulsion paint. In wet rooms, the walls are lined with ceramic glazed tiles.

All rooms use suspended ceilings of Armstrong type.

The floors in the rooms are wooden, in the rooms with a wet mode - ceramic tiles.

1.4. Exterior decoration of the building.

Three-layer metal panels "MaykLTD" are used as external barriers.

1.5. Design solutions.

Foundations - prefabricated, monolithic.

Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete.

The dome is metal.

The frame is metal.

Coating - three-layer metal panels.

The porch is monolithic.

Walls - curtain metal three-layer panels.

1.6. Engineering equipment.

1.6.1. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

This project was carried out in accordance with SNiP 2.04.0589 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning," and SNiP 2.08.0289 "Public buildings and structures."

Heat supply source - heat networks.

Coolant - water with parameters:

for heating systems 110 0С;

60 0С hot water supply.

Internal temperatures in the rooms are accepted according to SNiP 2.08.0289.

Type of heating devices:

High contour convectors - for staircases;

MS 140108 radiators - for main rooms.

The ventilation is designed supply and supply with mechanical motive, and natural ventilation.

To heat the cold air coming from the street at the entrance of visitors, heat curtains are arranged in the entrance vestibules - "Makar" TZ4.5.

The project provides for noise reduction measures, anti-corrosion protection of elements of heating and ventilation systems, automation of plenum systems and air-heat curtains.

1.6.2. Water supply.

Water supply - economically drinking.

Source of water supply and hot water supply in-quarter networks laid together with heat networks.

1.6.3. Sewerage.

Waste water removal is provided in previously designed sewage networks.

Internal networks are designed from cast iron pipes according to GOST 694280.

Installation and hydraulic testing of cast iron pipelines shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0183.

1.6.4. Telephonization and radialization.

Telephony from a city telephone company.

Radialization is a city network.

1.6.5. Power supply.

From the city TP.

Lighting with fluorescent lamps and incandescence.

Voltage 380/220 V.

1.7. Events.

1.7.1. Fire fighting measures.

The project provides for solutions and measures that ensure SNiP requirements for fire safety of buildings, including:

- building level does not exceed permissible values;

- evacuation from the building is provided by staircases with direct exit to the outside;

The project provides for fire alarm.

1.7.2. Environmental protection activities.

The project was developed in compliance with the requirements of SNiP 21876 on environmental protection.

III. Organizational and technological part.

3.1. Introduction.

The construction of the Multifunctional Center for Culture and Sports is carried out by a specialized construction enterprise, with a full staff of employees, specialists equipped with mechanisms and equipment to solve all technical problems for the construction of this structure.

It is allowed to start work only if there is an approved construction organization project (PIC), and for each type of work - a work execution project (PPR).

The works of the preparatory period include: demolition of small architectural forms, cutting down shrubs and trees falling under the construction of the object, geodetic breakdown and installation of temporary fences of the site, as well as the placement of temporary administrative buildings on the territory of the construction site and the filling of an additional protective layer of crushed stone 200 mm thick along the existing asphalt surface (fraction 520).

Start the main construction and installation works in accordance with the PIC and the schedule.

Since construction is carried out in cramped conditions, and a pedestrian sidewalk, roadway, bus stop and public service buildings fall into the dangerous zone of the crane's work, the following measures should be taken:

- protect the area of the construction site;

- put warning signs;

- for the period of installation of spatial units to limit the movement of vehicles;

- block the pedestrian sidewalk in the installation area.
