The diploma project "Sports Center" was developed on the basis of the passport of the standard project No. 292816.87.

The improvement is made in the form of asphalt driveways (3.5m wide) and sites.
Sidewalks and driveways are limited by curb stone (30 × 15 cm). Around the building there is a pavement 0.5 m wide with a slope of 3% from the building.
Landscaping is made in the form of a lawn sown with perennial grasses, a flower garden, a shrub of ordinary planting, deciduous trees of ordinary and group planting, coniferous trees of group planting, with a total area of 3164.96 m2
The greening coefficient is 0.53.
The distance between the structures corresponds to fire and sanitary standards.
To divert stormwater, the section is inclined in the southeast direction.
The building is oriented according to the "Rose of the Winds" at an angle of 45 ° to the prevailing winter winds (used [2]).
2. Brief description of the functional process
The Zvezdny Sports Center is located in Uglich, designed in accordance with the general concept of the city, which provides for a harmonious combination of modern urban development and the natural environment. In the open air in winter there will be a "transformation" of a football field with a natural lawn into a hockey box - all this provides wide opportunities for various sports competitions and holidays.
Living greenery and snow cover, growing trees, interesting entertainment programs and the beauty of walking - all this will undoubtedly give a vivid impression to visitors to Zvezdny. This sports complex is the main sports facility of the city used for game sports.
For this, the building has a sports hall with a power training area, a coach room, an inventory room, as well as massage rooms and a dry heat chamber. For convenience, there are separate bathrooms for men and women, showers. There is also an administrator's room, dressing rooms and, to ensure the health of visitors, a consultation medical center.
The normal mode will be natural lighting through the glazed wall on the south side, in combination with ceiling lamps on the north side. During sports matches, it is possible to block the light opening and use artificial lighting.
The Zvezdny Sports Center is a modern sports facility. All necessary conditions for physical education and sports are created here.
1. Exterior and interior decoration of the building
External decoration - wall panels from ground level to elevation + 1.200 are blue. Above this level - factory panels have a white color.
Interior decoration - Hay and partitions in the building are made and lined according to the "Tigi Knauf" system, followed by painting with water compositions of paints. Partitions in bathrooms are made of moisture-resistant gypsum fiber sheets (HLV). The walls in the cafe are glued with wallpaper, starting from a height of 1 m from the floor. The lower part of the wall is painted with an aqueous composition of paints. Floors in utility rooms, in undress rooms, bathrooms, showers, wardrobes are made of ceramic tiles 150x150. In the trainer's room, massage rooms, consultation center, administrator's room, engineering unit, the floors are made of linoleum. Doors are painted white with enamel paint with the addition of color. During the finishing process, the columns are closed with gypsum board sheets, or plastic skin.
