Summary

The explanatory note deals with 6 sections.

The architectural and planning section (section 1) presents:

space-planning solutions;

heat engineering calculation of enclosing structures was performed;

technical and economic indicators for the facility were calculated.

The designed office building is located in the existing administrative zone of the city.

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary hygenic, explosion-fire and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people.

In the structural section (section 2) the monolithic slab of the floor, piles and monolithic pile is considered and calculated. Loads were collected in accordance with the current design provisions. The results of the calculation were used in the design of the main structural elements.

Section 3 "Construction Process" presents the following tables: Bill of Quantities, Labour and Machine Time Schedules and describes the methods of work execution. The main types of works with a brief justification of the applied methods and means of complex mechanization are presented. The project provides for progressive technology based on modern machines, mechanisms and equipment. There are also: safety and health, environmental and fire safety; requirements for quality and acceptance of works; list of process equipment, tools, equipment and accessories.

In total, the diploma project has developed three process plans:

1. Earthworks - pit development. 2. Piling works. 3. Monolithic works on pile pile concreting.

In section 4, a construction plan and the organization of construction production were developed. During the development of the construction plan, the following calculations were carried out:

- determination of areas of temporary buildings: sanitary facilities, office premises,

calculation of water demand;

calculation of electrical installations .

Another calculation of crane selection was made. Complex process of erection of metal structures consists of procurement and construction processes, which are technologically and organizationally interconnected .

The organization of the construction of the facility shall provide for maximum compatibility of works in time and flow on the basis of complex mechanization of all works.

Section 5 "Construction Economics" presents the estimates that were prepared in the basis index manner at the prices of 2001. using indices for March 2007.

The section "Labor protection" (section 6) presents:

analysis of the main hazards arising during the construction of the facility and safety measures that reduce the possibility of injuries;

Conclusion

The diploma project was developed on the topic "12-story monolithic residential building on the street. Suvorov."

The project considered architectural and planning solutions: general data on the construction site, master plan, space planning solutions, structural solutions, architectural and artistic solution, engineering equipment, fire prevention measures, technical and economic indicators; structural solutions: calculation and design of a monolithic beam-free slab, calculation of a pile, calculation and design of a monolithic pile, calculation and design of a monolithic slab; construction production technology: condition for construction, brief description of the building, brief description of the main methods of work, process map for earthworks; Job instruction for piling operations; process chart for concreting of monolithic pile-top, control in construction: construction schedule, construction master plan; economy in construction: general provisions, composition and types of estimated documentation, calculation of estimated cost; safety of life: analysis of hazardous and harmful factors during construction work, calculation of artificial lighting.

The graphic part of the project presents the perspective of the building, facades, plans of the first; typical floors; basement and technical floor, sections, roofing plan, units, drawings of the main structures of the building, flow charts, work schedule for the construction of the building, construction master plan.

The project was developed in full compliance with the requirements of the current building codes and regulations.
