Description

The purpose of the course project is to develop a draft design of a modernized grain crusher. The course project describes the existing equipment of the crusher, for grinding grain. The results of technological, kinematic, energy and strength calculations of the design object are presented.

Introduction

When creating new machines and production lines, great attention is paid to improving the working conditions of service personnel, namely, mechanization and automation of hazardous and labor-intensive processes.

At present, in conditions of high market competition, crushing equipment must meet certain design requirements: interchangeability of crushers of one type and their main parts and assemblies; The design shall include devices to protect the crushers from breakage in the event of intrusion of underexclusive bodies; mechanized or remote control of the width of the unloading slot; possibility of replacement of replaceable assembly units during repair of units; possibility of using devices for mechanization of repair works; during crusher modernization it is not allowed to change installation and connection dimensions of foundation bolts.

The significant costs associated with grinding processes at the current level of production development lead to the urgent need to develop fundamentally new methods for grinding materials, as well as to create new technologies and equipment based on them.

Crushing and grinding equipment has gone its historical way of development, relying on the achievements of modern sciences. This is reflected in such grinding principles.

All of the above methods of grinding are ineffective in many respects at the modern level of technological development. Therefore, in order to increase the efficiency of crushing, the course project is considering the modernization of the grain mill. Modernization involves a change in the design of the grain mill.

Sketch design of grain mill. justification of layout solutions

Sketched design is performed in order to create basic (structural, schematic, etc.) solutions of the product, which give a general idea of ​ ​ the principle of operation and (or) device of the product.

Crushing is the division of material into small parts. The tasks of crushing various materials are distinguished: grain, plastic, solid household waste, biological waste, stone, etc. Based on the methods of obtaining the required material using grain mills, we place the aggregates as follows:

- install the grain mill so that it is more convenient to supply the grain to the loading hole;

- in front of the crusher, we place the electric motor, which, in turn, is the drive of the rotors.

All mounting elements are located on a steel frame to which they are bolted.

The units on the frame are installed compactly to reduce overall dimensions taking into account safety requirements.

All rotating parts shall be installed in protective casings.

Conclusion

In the course of the course project on the modernization of the grain mill, a study of modern designs of domestic and foreign manufacturers was carried out, an analysis of useful inventions in the field of crushing and sorting equipment was carried out, during which the main directions of modernization were considered, namely the replacement of the crushing device - rotor and hammer. The project was aimed at modernizing the existing SMD36 grain mill, which is currently being produced by the Russian company DROBMASH.

As a result of modernization, the efficiency of crushing increased significantly, productivity increased by 87%, in this case the unit's unit cost decreased.
