Summary
This diploma project presents the design of the TC350 UTS machine.
The purpose of the project was to modernize TS350 with the tasks of improving the working conditions of the machine operator. Use of TS350 in construction.
The tasks of transport work, bulldozer equipment and a trailed crankshaft were solved.
The necessary calculations are presented.
The basic configuration of the car did not change: engine, transmission, running gear.
For the first time, tractor electric equipment was used on the trolley, a cab was installed, the seat was sprung, which significantly improved the working conditions of the machine operator.
Introduction.
The development of peasant and agricultural farms and garden cooperatives requires the creation of new, more advanced and reliable machines that can increase labor productivity on small plots and farms, as well as in places where the use of industrial-type machines is not only economically impractical, but in most cases impossible.
In agricultural production, small-sized machines based on mobile means of small mechanization are widely used, the main purpose of which is to eliminate low-productivity labor (manual) in conditions where it is not possible to use non-traditional agricultural equipment. These are processing of small-circuit and uncomfortable land plots, work in cramped and livestock premises, grass mowing, hay harvesting, lawn care.
Structure of TS350 self-propelled trolley.
Self-propelled trolley TS350 (3,3), all-wheel drive, is a transport and traction vehicle.
Designed to transport goods, perform agricultural, communal and other work with trailed and mounted tools in farm and peasant farms.
It consists of an engine, a gearbox, a left and right motion control system, a platform, an overturning body, a rotary seat, and a tool box.
On the trolley to the left of the driver, a four-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled carburetor engine UMZ5A (UMZ5B) is installed on the removable beam. The engine has a two-stage reduction gear with an output shaft speed at a rated power of 333 minutes in the first gear and 687 minutes in the second gear.
The transmission of torque from the engine reduction gear to the right and left gearboxes is carried out by a V-belt transmission with a tensioner, which simultaneously plays the role of a disconnecting link in the transmission.
At the ends of the output shafts of the gearbox there are sprockets, which are connected by chains to sprockets of the rear, middle and front wheels. The upper branch of the chain moves along the sedator. Transmission of bogie provides transmission of wheels rotation on each side. On the output shafts of the gearboxes are brake drums on which brake belts are installed.
Synchronous operation of brake belts and tension rollers is provided by the system of levers and control rods of trolley movement ("forward" or "from itself"). On the upper covers of the gearboxes there are shift handles
speeds, position of which is fixed along holes on covers.
The platform is an all-welded rigid structure on which all units and assemblies of the trolley are mounted. In the tunnels of the platform there is a valuable gear for driving wheels. Hubs with wheels are attached to the sides from the outside of the platform. In the front part the overturning body is hinged, which in the transport position is fixed with a latch. Overturning of the body (during unloading) is carried out in manual. The trolley is equipped with a single soft seat, which, if necessary, can be turned 90 degrees.
Currently, typical farms of the Russian Federation are being reformed in JSC, LLC and owners' farms (farms).
Farm plots contain land that needs to be reformed, built, carried out reclamation, cultural and construction work. This requires certain capital investments. The total amount of capital investments consists of investments in the construction of the drainage system, reconstruction of the drainage system, cultural technical work. These are quite serious capital investments using large, expensive equipment. Therefore, in conditions of small farms, it is rational to use a machine with the ability to carry out various types of work, the workload and price of which would be profitably different.
Such a machine is TS350, the workload of which is high throughout the year, since it performs various types of work.
These indicators show the advantages of TS350 over large-scale equipment in small-scale households.
4. Technical characteristics of TS350.
1. Type of machine: Self-propelled trolleys, wheel, all-wheel drive. It is: a vehicle and a traction vehicle.
2. Purpose: Transportation of goods, agricultural, communal and other works with trailed and mounted tools in farm and peasant farms. Provides on-site reversal in small land conditions.
3. Soil dump: to the right and to the left using a dump.
4. Working speeds of the machine: V1 = 2 km/h; V2 = 4 km/h; V3 = 6 km/h.
5. Control of machine speed using transmission and two-stage reduction gear.
6. Vehicle speeds: forward: 1-6 km/h; 2 12 km/h.
Back: 1- 4 km/h; 2-8 km/h.
