Description
This accessory serves for quick and precise installation of the machined part
in the desired position with respect to the cutting tool (mill). Accessory is installed
Device is installed on movable table of horizontal-milling machine. Attached to
on the machine table with two bolts entering the slots of the plate, pos. 1 (bolts not shown).
Machined part of a typewriter (shown in a solid thin line in the drawing) is placed on
slide reference planes pos. 2 and finger disc pos. 4. Machined Part Position
is fixed by finger pos. 4 on which it is fixed by tack pos. 5 (on the one hand),
and prism (3) moved by screw (pos. 6 (on the other hand). Slider pos. 2 is fixed
in the desired position with screws, pos. 9.
