Introduction
Currently, the design of mechanical assembly shops, which are an integral part of machine-building plants, has become extremely important. Requirements for the quality of mechanical engineering products and their diversity are increasing. The intensive development of technical means caused the need to improve the design methodology and create new highly efficient enterprises on its basis. Special attention is paid to the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of enterprises, since the funds allocated for these purposes pay off on average 3 times faster than when creating similar capacities due to new construction. In course work, it is necessary to design a mechanical assembly workshop using modern design methods based on the latest scientific and technical data, as well as taking into account the principles of building automated production processes that ensure high productivity and technical and economic efficiency. When designing the production process in the mechanical assembly shops, special attention should be paid to the interconnection of the stages that result in the finished product, the quantitative and qualitative changes of the production facility, as well as the main and auxiliary production systems and the set of design operations. A machine-building enterprise is a very complex organization, the structure and activities of which are directly dependent on the complexity of the design and variety of products produced, the nature of the technological process of its manufacture and the volume of production. When designing, enterprises simultaneously develop and solve economic, technical and organizational tasks that are closely connected: each technical solution must be economically justified and implemented in a certain organizational form.
Conclusion
During this course work, the following was performed:
1) Design assignment received;
2) Study of literature on design of mechanical assembly workshops:
3) Familiarization with the process;
4) In-line and non-flow production has been calculated;
5) The plan and structure of the site for in-line and non-flow production are defined.
Design the shop for production in such a way that the following conditions are met:
1) The organization of production should be such that in one workshop during the production of parts (assembly units) - more operations are performed with them, and not so that after each operation the objects produced would be taken to another workshop for another operation.
2) Process equipment shall be arranged sequentially as process operations are performed.
The goal of course design was to develop a project for the organization of the workshop, namely: calculation of indicators for determining the operation time, the number of workers, the number of equipment and the area occupied by them. In addition, the layout of the workshop and the choice of the type of building.
