MAN Technical Center

The MAN car service center is designed with a frame type of monolithic reinforced concrete.

The structure of the building in accordance with the static is made as a system of iron-concrete supports and girders with walls from finished panels of the Sandwich type

Production building - one-story with intermediate supports.

Pitch of columns (section 400x400 and 400x600) is accepted 6x12m and 6x15m, along external walls 6x6m

The office building, including utility rooms, has 3 floors.

The pitch of the columns (section 400x400) is taken 6x6m.

Exterior walls: panel sandwich. The outer walls at the bottom are executed

with perimeter insulation.

For reasons of fire protection between the office building

and production

part is a fire-fighting brick wall of type I with a thickness of 380mm.

The interior walls are partially made of brick or finished elements.

Production rooms are made in accordance with soundproofing standards.

Internal partitions-gypsum board, steel-based plastic frames

with glazing.

Reinforced concrete floor made on reinforced concrete monolithic columns.

Degree of fire resistance - II.

Functional fire hazard class F5.1.

Structural fire hazard class C0.

Fire safety is achieved using structures

and materials having the required fire resistance rating and providing the building with the required fire resistance rating. The rooms are divided into fire compartments, providing safe evacuation of people from each compartment.

The production premises are separated from the trading room by a fire wall with a fire resistance limit of EI 150.
