Additional information

1. General provisions

Working documentation "Laying of KL-0.4 kV from TP212 to art well" is made on the basis of:

- initial data and customer requirements;

- technical assignment No. 95/10 of 03.03.2009 for LosinPetrovskaya ELEK OJSC.

This project provides for:

- laying of the 1st twin cable line with a voltage of 0.4 kV from TP212 to the art well;

- re-assembly from feeder 2 to feeder 9 of current transformers.

The developed documentation complies with the initial data, norms, rules and standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation:

- Electrical Installation Rules (PUE).

2. Power supply diagram

Power supply I LIE to the boiler house about one dual cable line from the first section RU0.4 of kV of the existing TP212, with power transformers of 2х400 kVA of 6/0.4 kV is provided.

The borehole load in will be 80 kW, cosf = 0.8, Ip = 152 A. The length of the cable line will be 2x545 m.

For schematic diagram refer to drawings.

4. Laying of cable lines

In the ground, cables are laid in earthen trenches at a depth of 0.7 m from the planned ground elevation with laying of signal tape along the routes.

When laying and installing cable lines, be guided by PUE Chapter 2.3, the decisions of the typical design of the A592 series "Laying cables with a voltage of up to 35 kV in trenches," as well as the following requirements:

When laying cable lines in one trench in parallel, the horizontal distance in the light between the cables must be at least 100 mm. In case of parallel laying the distance in the light from CL to utilities (water supply, sewerage, low-pressure gas supply) must be at least 1 m. When laying the CP in parallel with the heat supply, the distance in the light between the cable and the channel wall must be at least 2 m. When cable lines cross other power supply cables, they shall be separated by a layer of earth not less than 0,5 m, and at pipeline crossing the distance between cables and pipelines must be not less than 0,5 m, the distance can be reduced to 0.25 m with the condition of laying at the intersection area of at least 2 m in each direction in IPA pipes.

When crossing the heat line, the distance between the cable and the heat line overlap in the light should be at least 0.5 m, the distance can be reduced to 0.25 m. At the same time, at the intersection area plus 2 m in each direction from the extreme cables, heat insulation of cables should be carried out.

The intersection of KLEP highways is performed in the IPA pipes at a depth of at least 1 m.

The distance in the light between the cable coupling housing and the nearest cable must be not less than 250 mm, between two couplings in different cable lines - 2000 mm, the cables on both sides should be stacked with stock.

When crossing cable lines of entrances for vehicles, their laying must be carried out in pipes, with access to the ditch of the road.

When laying cable lines in the area of plantations, the distance from the cables to the tree trunks should, as a rule, be at least 2 meters.

Prior to the start of trenching works, clarify the passage of existing communications.

9. Environmental protection

In order to rational use of land resources in the places of laying cable lines, it is necessary to reclaim land and restore the soil layer.

After cable laying, remove waste of construction materials and contaminated soil.

All electrical installation and commissioning works shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes and regulations, subject to strict compliance with safety regulations.
