Introduction

Erection of buildings and structures should be carried out by effective methods, improving the quality of works performed, reducing their cost .

However, similar construction processes on different construction sites can be carried out by various methods, means and devices, which does not provide a progressive production technology. Production normalization is carried out according to pre-developed process charts, process codes and labor and cost maps.

A routing is a project document that defines the rational technology, organization, and economics of an individual process.

The preparation of process charts should be achieved on the basis of progressive achievements of domestic, foreign science and technology, on the basis of industrialization of construction, integrated mechanization and automation of construction processes, and the ability to increase labor productivity.

Scope of Application

1.1. Characteristics of buildings and structures of foundations

The technological map was developed for concreting the tape foundations of a brick residential building with a plan size of 84 × 18 m (Fig. 1 ).

Monolithic foundations with a laying depth of 1,8 m

(foundation type: F-2 (f = 700; f1 = 600; f2=500; h=800)

We use the Monolitstroy unified disassembly small-shield formwork.

The delivered concrete mixture is supplied in the towers by the boom crane MKG6.3.

Concreting of foundations is carried out in a pit developed in sandy soils.

1.2. Scope of works considered in the map

The following types of works are covered by the routing:

1) reinforcement;

2) formwork;

3) concrete;

4) auxiliary (unloading, storage, sorting of reinforcement products and formwork sets).

Technology and organization of the construction process

Description of work performance.

2.1The following works shall be performed prior to the foundation arrangement:

1) fence the territory of the construction site with a fence 3 m high;

2) organize the removal of surface water from the pit;

3) arrange access roads and roads;

4) determine the movement paths of the mechanisms, places of storage and consolidation of reinforcement nets, prepare equipment and accessories;

5) perform concrete preparation;

6) bring reinforcement frames and formwork sets in an amount that ensures uninterrupted operation for at least two shifts;

7) draw up acts of foundation foundation acceptance in accordance with the executive diagram;

8) provide temporary electrical lighting of the construction site, workplaces and connect power consumers;

9) geodetic breakdown of axes and marking of foundations position in accordance with the design; apply hairlines on the surface of concrete preparation with paint, which fix the position of the working plane of the formwork panels.

2.2 Foundation concreting works shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 3.03.0187.

2.3 Unloading of reinforcement meshes and formwork elements, installation of reinforcement frames and supply of concrete mixture to formwork is performed by MKG6.3 crane.

2.4 Reinforcement grids of basement walls shall be delivered to the construction site and unloaded on the reinforcement frame assembly bench, and the foundation cushion grids shall be delivered directly to the foundation erection sites.

2.5 Reinforcement works are performed in the following order:

1) lay rebar cushion nets on retainers providing protective layer of concrete according to the project;

2) then reinforcement frames of the basement wall are installed and fixed to the underlying grid with a binding wire.

2.6 "Monolitstroy" formwork set includes metal shields and connecting elements, the mass of which allows to erect formwork manually.

2.7 Formwork for tape foundation shall be arranged in the following sequence:

1) installation and fixation of foundation cushion formwork shields by means of pressure clamps and mounting angles;

2) fasten the grips to the panels of the lower formwork box with the help of tension hooks;

3) connect the contractions with wedge clamps;

4) draw the assembled box strictly along the axes and attach the formwork of the foundation pad with metal pins to the base;

5) apply hairlines on the ribs of the lower box shields, fixing the position of the basement wall shields; then, moving away from the hairlines by a distance equal to the thickness of the shield, supporting support beams are installed, which are fixed with the help of strubcins;
