Introduction

Performance of the course work "Foundations and Foundations of an Industrial Building" in the discipline "Foundations and Foundations" is aimed at assimilating knowledge obtained during the study of the theoretical part of this discipline and at developing practical skills for calculating and designing bases and foundations.

Calculation is carried out according to the method of limit states in accordance with the provisions of SNiP 2.02.0183 "Bases of buildings and structures" and SNiP 2.02.0385 "Pile foundations."

Assessment of the nature of loads and structural features of the foundation

The task shows the calculated loads on the foundation cut for calculation according to the second group of limit states - and. The calculated loads for calculating the first group of limit states,, are determined by multiplying the given load by an average overload factor.

The structural features of the foundation are evaluated by belonging to the building, the structural features of which in turn are evaluated by sensitivity to precipitation and possible consequences in case of uneven precipitation. The structural features of the foundation also include the method of connecting the foundation with the column, the elevation of the edge of the foundation. The presence of a sleeve or anchor bolts affecting the height of the foundation.

2.3. Site Conclusion.

The natural terrain of the construction site is calm. Soils of base have layered stratum with aged deposit of strata. All of them can serve as a natural basis (E > 5MPa ).

Foundations of shallow laying with small loads can be laid within the clay layer. Groundwater lies at an elevation of 93.5 m and in this case will not affect the choice of the type of foundation.

When using loams and loams lying below the UPV as the base, it is advisable to consider the version of the pile foundation.

With heavy loads on foundations, you can use layer # 1 as a structural layer.

4. Pile foundation (type II).

4.1. Determination of pile pile depth. Selects the pile size.

We take layer No. 3 as the bearing layer at the lower end of the pile. Pile deepening into layer No. 3 at JL = 0.38 (> 0.1, refer to para 7.10 [2]) shall be not less than 1.0 m.

We accept the free mating of the pile pile with the depth of the pile cap in the pile pile cap - 100 mm.

Then the required pile length:

We accept piles with a section of 30x30 cm with a length of 5 m.

5. Pile foundation (type III).

We accept piles with a section of 30x30 cm with a length of 9 m.
