1. general data

The basis for the development of the internal redevelopment project and the change of the facade of the building, located at the address:..., is the customer's task. The functional purpose of the building is warehouse. The year of construction is 1929.

The building is 1-story, non-residential, brick.

General specifications.

2. architectural and construction solutions

The following activities are carried out in the premises:

In pom. 2 (pom. 2 as per BTI plan) sink installation with new pipe wiring from the existing system;

In pom. 2 (pom. 2 according to BTI plan) electric plate device;

In pom. 6 (pom. 6 as per BTI plan), a window opening is installed in the external non-bearing wall;

In pom. 7 (pom. 7 as per BTI plan) installation of decorative box from GKL.

The following events are held with the facade of the building:

Arrangement of window opening in external non-bearing wall along axis "B" (refer to sheets 4, 6, 7 as per design).

3. engineering equipment

Heating and ventilation and air conditioning

The heating and ventilation system is preserved.

During redevelopment, the risers of existing heating and ventilation systems are not affected.

Water supply and sewerage

Sanitary equipment of the room shall be made without changing the design position of existing sewage, cold and hot water supply risers.

Branch pipes from plumbing fixtures are laid along the walls, followed by sealing them with ducts of non-combustible materials.

Sewage pipelines are laid from PVC (d = 50 mm and d = 100 mm).

Installation of cold water supply pipelines shall be made of PVC or steel plumbing galvanized pipes with thread connection with obligatory butt end of couplings.

During redevelopment, the design position of sewage, cold and hot water risers does not change.

Electric equipment

When performing electrical installation works, it is unacceptable to reduce the cross section of electrical wires.

If necessary, transfer electrical sockets and switches in place.

Do not lay wiring in horizontal bars of load-bearing elements of building structures.

Electrical networks, radio, telephone and television shall be laid along the walls, as well as using an electrical plinth, structures of light partitions and suspended ceilings, ensuring the changeability of wiring.

In case of fire alarm violation, its restoration is required.

All cable wiring shall be provided with cables with copper cores.

Electrical cable wiring should be laid along the walls in special trays, and where there is no tray - in PVC tubes with filler that does not support combustion, and lighting cable wiring is laid over a false ceiling (or false floor) - in PVC tubes with filler that does not support combustion.

The following lighting shall be provided in the premises of the facility:

- working.

- emergency.

Lighting of the main rooms for visitors shall be provided with superimposed fluorescent and metal-halogen lamps.

Lighting of technical rooms shall be provided with fluorescent lamps.

Design emergency lighting in the main rooms.

4. requirements for works performance

Prior to the commencement of work, obtain permission to carry out redevelopment in the premises in accordance with the established procedure.

Work shall be carried out under supervision of responsible engineering and technical personnel .

Construction and installation works shall be carried out by a special organization licensed for this type of work.

Perform repair measures in accordance with the list of regulatory documents presented in Section "1. General Data.

During the period of works execution, operational acceptance control for all types of works shall be organized in accordance with the instructions of SNiP 3.03.0187.

All materials to be used shall be certified in conformity with the quality of the materials.

All materials must be certified by Rosstandart.

Fabrication and installation of structures should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of chapter SNiP III1875 "Metal structures" and SNiP 3.03.0187 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures."

All works shall be carried out in strict compliance with PDP and safety rules in construction.

Welding materials corresponding to the steels used shall be accepted according to SNI2385 *.

Welds, except for specified ones, shall be accepted by minimum thickness of welded elements .

Perform corrosion protection in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.1185.

The degree of cleaning of the surfaces of structural elements is the third according to GOST 9.40280 *, the degree of degreasing is the first.

To carry out installation of metal designs arc welding in accordance with GOST 543480, electrodes of E42, E46 in accordance with GOST 946775.

All materials to be used shall be certified in conformity with the quality of the materials.

The opening device is made using a cutting tool.

Punching of openings with bump hammers is prohibited.

The fitting opening for the window does not require additional reinforcement, since the wall is non-bearing.

After installation, all metal framing structures shall be plastered in mesh (thickness of plaster layer 2030 mm).

Procedure for punching of openings in the wall:

Before starting the opening, familiarize yourself with the drawings and safety procedures.

1. Map the dimensions of the opening to be broken on the wall in chalk or other way.

2. Install temporary racks.

3. At the height of the opening, cut the space for the installation of channels No. 22P.

4. Install channel No. 22P on both sides of the wall and connect them with reinforcement d = 20 mm.

5. Cut the opening according to the intended dimensions.

6. Remove temporary racks.

7. Plastering of the opening with M200 cement sand mortar with thickness of 1530 mm.

5. fire-fighting measures

To avoid ignition of combustible (toxic) building materials and structures during the period of construction works for redevelopment in the room, it is necessary to:

- appoint a person responsible for fire safety in the premises being repaired.

- for workers to remove a special place for smoking with the installation of an urn with water for butts.

- install fire extinguishers on escape routes from rooms (at external doors).

- Storage of construction materials, products, equipment, as well as furniture is strictly prohibited on escape routes.

- perform temporary wiring with voltage exceeding 36 volts (V > 36 V) in fire-safe version with its proper attachment.

- storage of gas welding cylinders is prohibited in rooms.

- welding works, which cannot be excluded according to the method of work execution, can be performed on non-burning floors using non-burning screens, with doors and windows open.

- welding works shall be carried out only by certified specialists.

- it is forbidden to live workers during repairs in the premises .

All metal designs become covered by fireproof structure of SOSh1 (TU 57650015473781400) (or similar) 8 mm thick (for providing a limit of fire resistance of R60 and zero spread of fire) with the subsequent drawing a protective layer of waterproof HP7120 enamel (TU 2312012547439502005).

Measures for fire protection of structural structures of the building shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 210197 *.

Apply finishing materials on escape routes in accordance with item 6.25 of SNiP 210197.

All load-bearing structures are non-combustible, fire hazard class KO (not fire hazardous).

At least two fire detectors shall be installed in one room.
