Additional information
Lighting
The design provides for the following types of lighting:
- working
- emergency, evacuation
- outdoor lighting.
Working lighting is provided in all rooms.
Evacuation lighting - in corridors, elevator halls, staircases.
Emergency lighting - GRF, heat station, water metering unit, elevator machine rooms, concierge room, control room.
For outdoor lighting, lamps on brackets with a mercury lamp are installed on the courtyard facades.
General lighting of rooms is performed by fluorescent lamps and filament lamps.
Lighting Control:
- local;
- remote (from control panel).
Earthing, Potential Equalization System
Protective grounding and potential equalization system shall be performed in accordance with PUE requirements.
TNCS grounding system is used in the residential building.
The main grounding bus (GZSH) is installed in each electrical panel next to the GRF.
The main grounding joints of GRSCH No. 1 and GRSCH No. 2 are interconnected .
GZSH is made of copper with a section of 500mm ² (50x10). A ┴ sign must be placed on the wall above the tyre.
The following are connected to GWN:
- metal parts of the building frame (reinforcement);
- metal pipes of utilities included in the building: hot and cold water supply, sewage, heating, etc.;
- metal parts of centralized ventilation systems and
conditioning;
- grounding device of lightning protection system;
- RE DBU tire.
In each apartment in the bathroom, an additional potential equalization system is made by connecting all metal parts (plumbing equipment, pipes, bath) to the PE bus.
Protective grounding and potential equalization system shall be performed in accordance with PUE requirements.
Lightning protection
In accordance with the instruction on lightning protection of buildings, structures and industrial enterprises SO15334.21.1222003, a residential building refers to a regular facility. At the IIV protection level, use a steel grounding conductor of at least 80 mm ², a steel current collector of at least 50 mm ², a steel lightning receptacle of at least 50 mm ²,
A lightning screen made of steel wire d- 8 mm is laid in the layer of the roof insulation. with cell 8x8 m. with units on welding.
Current leads are made with steel wire d- 10 mm, which are connected to the grounding circuit laid along the perimeter of the building at a depth of 0.81.0 m from the ground surface with a steel strip 40x4 mm.
Lightning screen is connected to natural current leads - steel reinforcement of the building.
Metal reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures is considered to provide electrical continuity if it meets the following conditions:
• Approximately 50% of the vertical and horizontal rod connections are welded or rigid (bolted, wire bonded);
• Electrical continuity is ensured between steel reinforcement of various pre-prepared concrete blocks and reinforcement of concrete blocks prepared on site.
It is not necessary to lay horizontal belts if the metal frames of the building or steel reinforcement of reinforced concrete are used as current leads.
Light fence
For the safety of flights of aircraft, light fencing is provided at the highest sections of the roof. Lamps with red caps of type 30L2M are used as lights of light enclosure.
Energy saving
In order to save electricity, the project provides for the management of evacuation and working lighting of staircases, corridors, elevator halls, entrances and entrances to the house from the control room automatically:
- actuation at darkness;
- disconnection of lamps at dawn.
Actuation of working lighting on floors and in elevator halls is performed by device of short-term actuation.
Installation Instructions
Perform operations in accordance with the current SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE. According to the requirement of item 3.18 of SNiP 3.05.0685, passages through the walls must be made in pipe sections, ducts or openings. Lay an independent protective conductor starting from the group electrical panel. Zero protective conductor shall be connected to protective contacts of sockets, lighting equipment and equipment.
When supplying several sockets of the same group line, branches of the protective conductor to each socket must be made at the branch points in the unpacking boxes and in the boxes for installation of sockets in one of the accepted ways (soldering, welding, pressure testing, special compressible, terminals, etc.). Serial inclusion of protective contacts in the protective conductor is not allowed .
Connection to group panel for common contact clamp of zero working and protective conductors is prohibited.
Electrical wiring according to PUE item 2.1.31 shall provide easy recognition along the entire length of conductors by colors:
- blue color - to indicate zero working conductor;
- yellow-green color - to indicate the PE-protective conductor ("ground");
- black, brown, white and other colors - to indicate a phase conductor.
Electrical equipment and materials used for installation shall have a certificate of compliance with the Gosstandart of Russia.
