11. Technology of installation works

Installation work in a 2 - storey building is carried out in-line - in a differentiated manner by two cranes. KS 1562A type crane is used for installation of glass-type foundations, and the above-ground part is mounted with KB 503.3 crane. Installation is carried out "floor by floor." Installation is carried out along the external perimeter of the building. All structures except columns are installed from the "acquired warehouse." Columns are mounted from the on-board car.

11.1 Installation of foundations

for installation of the bases we use the KC 1562A automobile crane

Installation sequence:

transfer of axles to the bottom of the pit and breakdown of the installation place;

on fixed axes on the base, the dimensions of the foundation base are measured and pegs are clogged at a distance of 4-5 cm;

foundations are installed on a precisely adjusted base, combining hairlines on the foundation with pegs in the foundation of the pit. Foundation slinging is performed by 4SK four-branch sling. Foundation installation is carried out in a "weight" manner, and is mounted from one end of the building to another. The correct installation of foundations is established using a leveller. The position of the foundations in the plan is checked using theodolite, and the correspondence of the elevations of the foundations and the bottom of the glass is checked with a leveler relative to temporary benchmarks.

11.2 Installation of columns

Installation of columns is carried out by main installation crane KB 503.3 by way of expansion. Columns are mounted from road transport (MAZ - 500A). installation of columns includes acceptance of foundations with check of position of axes and elevations. Before installation on columns along its faces, on the top of foundations hairlines are applied, hairlines should be on consoles. Columns are slung by universal crossbeam with finger grip. During installation of columns into the foundation shell, the hairlines on the column and on the foundation must coincide. Temporary fixation of columns is carried out with the help of conductor. After the column is installed and fixed, the joint of the column with the foundation (or the column with the column) is concreted. When installing the column on the column, the lower hairlines of the upper column should coincide with the hairlines below the standing column. Welding of reinforcement outlets is carried out manually, after welding all welds are treated with anticorrosion composition. Conductors are removed after 70% of design strength is set with concrete. Column verticality is checked by theodolite.

11.3 Installation of slabs and coverings.

Slabs are mounted by main mounting crane KB 503.3 Sling is performed by cross-arm. The installation of the slabs begins with the installation of bonding slabs, which begin to be laid after the girders are welded to the columns. Slabs are laid on the layer with cement - sand mortar or fine-grained concrete. Plates are anchored to each other by reinforcement A III with welding of seams of 100 mm. Holes of mounting loops are filled with cement - sand mortar or fine-grained concrete.

11.4 Installation of girders

Girders are mounted by main mounting crane KB 503.3 Before installation of girders, embedded parts, releases of reinforcement bars are cleaned, hairlines are applied. Slinging is carried out by a traverse. Girders are laid on the column consoles so that the hairlines on the girders coincide with the hairlines on the column, and with observance of a lone gap between the column and the girder. After the crossbar is laid, embedded parts are welded, after which they are treated with an anticorrosion composition. After welding, the joints are concreted. Installation works are carried out from inventory installation ladders.

11.5 Installation of wall panels.

Installation of wall panels is carried out "from the purchased warehouse" by the main mounting crane KB 503.3 in a differentiated way. Strope with a traverse. Installation of wall panels begins only after erection of the building frame. Risks are applied to wall panels and columns prior to installation. Only after that, wall panels are installed, checking the hairlines applied to the side faces and controlling the horizontality and verticality. After the panel is fixed to the design position, embedded parts are welded, after which they are treated with an anticorrosion composition. Then, external horizontal and vertical seams are sewn with ground rope, seams are sealed with thiocolic mastic and seams are sewn with cement sand mortar.

11.6 Installation of stairways - platforms.

Stairways are mounted simultaneously with girders and slabs. They are built using a universal balance beam with fork grips of different length of slings for ease of installation. The stairways are raised in an inclined position and slowly lowered to the design position at the beginning of the lower part, and then the upper. Steel fences shall be installed after installation.
