Introduction
The course project is an integral part of the educational process for the study of the discipline "Installation, adjustment and operation of automation equipment." The main goal of the course project on the topic: "Installation of ATS for drying parameters of ceramic products" is: the use, fixation and deepening of knowledge of the discipline obtained during its theoretical and practical study, mastering the design skills of CA in PSM.
The main task and purpose of the project is an explanatory note containing the development of all sections, a task for course design on the topic: "Installation of ATS for drying parameters of ceramic products" and a graphic part consisting of a diagram of connections of external wiring and a drawing of the layout of automation tools and wiring.
Description of developed diagrams
Description of the connection scheme for external transactions
External wiring connection diagram is a combined diagram showing electrical and pipe connections between instruments and automation tools installed on process equipment, off-boards and on boards, as well as wiring connections to instruments and boards. The schema is named External Transaction Connection Diagram. The connection diagram shows the external connections of the product. The diagram shall show the product, its input and output elements (connectors, clamps, etc.) and the ends of wires and cables of external installation supplied to them, data on the product connection (characteristics of external circuits, addresses) shall be indicated. The connection scheme of external wiring is carried out by a separate document only if there are single multi-section or composite boards, a large number of junction boxes, group racks of devices, when connections to them make it difficult to read the connection diagram. The connection scheme is not allowed if all connections can be shown in the connection diagram of external transactions. The schema is named External Transaction Connection Scheme.
If it is necessary to separate the electrical and pipe wiring of the shop, section, process unit, etc., it is allowed to perform connection diagrams and connections separately, on different sheets: for electrical and separate pipe wiring.
Connection diagrams and connections of external postings are made based on the following materials:
process automation diagrams;
schematic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams;
operational documentation for automation devices and devices used in the project;
tables of connections and connections of wiring of boards and consoles, performed in accordance with the instructions;
drawings of location of technological, plumbing, power and similar equipment and pipelines with sampling and receiving devices, as well as construction drawings with all embedded and welded structures, tunnels, channels, openings, etc. necessary for laying external wiring.
Diagram Description
In the upper part of the sheet there is a table of explanatory inscriptions, which indicates the names and positions of automation equipment installed in place, as well as the designation of the drawing installation.
A 1g position resistance thermal transducer is installed in tunnel 1 to control the temperature from the discharge side of the articles. The resistance thermal transducer is mounted as per typical drawing TM416487. From the thermal resistance to the junction box SK1 wiring is laid under number 4. For this wiring, the 4x1.0 KVVG cable is 24.6 meters long. The cable is laid in a tray, from a tray to the CU is protected from mechanical damages by pipe 20х1.6 GOST 1070475. The length of the pipe is 3 meters.
In order to control the temperature from the loading side of the articles, a resistance temperature transducer of position 1e is installed in tunnel 1. The resistance thermal transducer is mounted as per typical drawing TM416487. From the thermal resistance to the automation panel, wiring is laid under number 5. For this wiring, the 4x1.0 KVVG cable is 30.25 meters long. The cable is laid in a tray, from a tray to the CU is protected from mechanical damages by pipe 20х1.6 GOST 1070475. The length of the pipe is 1.5 meters.
In order to monitor the temperature, a temperature transducer of the resistance of position 1a is installed in tunnel 1. The resistance thermal transducer is mounted as per typical drawing TM416487. From the thermal resistance to the junction box SK1 wiring is laid under the number 1. For this wiring, the 4x1.0 KVVG cable is 12.6 meters long. The cable is laid in a tray, from a tray to the CU is protected from mechanical damages by pipe 20х1.6 GOST 1070475. Pipe length 6.25 meters.
For temperature control in tunnel 2, position 1b resistance temperature transducer is installed. The resistance thermal transducer is mounted as per typical drawing TM416487. From the thermal resistance to the junction box SK1 wiring is laid under the number 2. For this wiring, the 4x1.0 KVVG cable is 13.1 meters long. The cable is laid in a tray, from a tray to the CU is protected from mechanical damages by pipe 20х1.6 GOST 1070475. Pipe length 6.25 meters.
In order to monitor the temperature in the tunnel 3, a temperature transducer of the resistance of position 1c is installed. The resistance thermal transducer is mounted as per typical drawing TM416487. From the thermal resistance to the junction box SK1 wiring is laid under the number 1. For this wiring, the 4x1.0 KVVG cable is 16.1 meters long. The cable is laid in a tray, from a tray to the CU is protected from mechanical damages by pipe 20х1.6 GOST 1070475. Pipe length 6.25 meters.
To control the warm air supply temperature in the chimney, a resistance temperature transducer of position 2a is installed. The resistance thermal converter is installed as per typical drawing TM415887. From the thermal resistance to the shield, wiring is laid under number 6. For this wiring, the 4x1.0 KVVG cable is 21.9 meters long. The cable is laid in a tray, from a tray to the CU is protected from mechanical damages by pipe 20х1.6 GOST 1070475. The length of the pipe is 1.5 meters.
An actuator is installed to control the warm air supply. The actuator is mounted as per typical drawing TM443786. From the actuator to the automation panel, wiring is laid under the number 7, with a 10x1.5 KVVG cable 23 meters long.
Description of Equipment Location Drawing and Transactions
Automation and wiring location plans determine the coordinates of installation of these tools and wiring and how to implement them, therefore, these drawings are installation drawings, on the basis of which installation work is carried out in terms of installation of primary and non-broadcast devices and automation equipment, junction boxes and other boxes; all kinds of steel structures for laying and fixing electrical and pipe ducts.
Automation and wiring plan drawings are executed as combined drawings, that is, electrical and pipe wiring and how to attach them to building elements of buildings and structures are simultaneously shown in one drawing. You can execute separate drawings for each type of posting, that is, electrical or pipe only, instead of combined drawings.
In general, automation and transaction layout drawings show:
• outlines of buildings of the facility, workshop or industrial site with indication of channels, trenches, racks, layout elevations, as well as designation of axes and rows of construction columns ;
• floor-by-floor arrangement of process equipment and main process pipelines;
• places of installation of primary devices and takeoffs, throttling and actuating devices located on process equipment and pipelines;
• symbols of instruments, regulators and other automation devices installed outside the boards;
• schematic images of boards, consoles, cabinets, connecting, extension and other boxes;
• schematic image of electrical and pipe wiring of all assignments and structures on which they are laid;
• schematic images of wiring passes through walls and floors of buildings and structures;
• General explanations, notes and specifications list of installation materials and articles;
• related drawings;
• Title block.
Conclusion
As a result of the development of the course project, he secured and received knowledge of the discipline: "Installation, adjustment and operation of automation equipment." He learned to apply the knowledge, skills and skills gained in the process of theoretical and practical study of the discipline during the course project on the topic: "Installation of a glass-melting furnace SA."
Received design skills of SA and PSM. He developed an explanatory note consisting of 7 sections (description of the technological process with a brief characteristic of the technological equipment, used in the automation system of the equipment and their characteristics, selection of selection devices and installation of primary converters, selection of the method of laying electrical and pipe wires, description of the developed schemes, measures to save raw materials and fuel and energy resources), and a graphical part consisting of an external transaction connection diagram and an automation and transaction location plan drawing.
