1. General part

The working design of modernization of the automatic fire extinguishing system of cable structures TETs9, the electrical part - was made on the basis of the following initial data :

- contract with the customer;

- pre-design inspection of the facility and examination of technical information about the fire extinguishing plant at the facility;

- architectural and planning solutions;

- Existing rules and regulations;

- Order No. 95 of 16.02.2010 of JSC Energetiki and electrification

MOSENERGO: On approval of the regulation on the procedure for conducting the examination.

A working project is issued for use instead of projects:

SV-514 97 Fire alarm;

PT-9-31-641A fire extinguishing Automatic equipment.

The following regulatory documents are used in the development of documentation:

Code of Rules SP 5.13130.2009 "Fire Fighting and Alarm Systems. Design Codes and Regulations. "

RD 15334.0-49.1012003 "Instructions for designing fire protection of power plants."

2. Concept of modernization of electrical part of fire extinguishing system.

The essence of the modernization is the use of modern, reliable, well-established equipment. As such, the equipment of the Spruit-2 system manufactured by PlaT was designed.

All the main units of this equipment are interconnected by an interface bus. The main equipment is arranged as follows: control and control units of the control panel, as well as relay modules, are located in the half-stage of the control panel; indication units, which show the state of all fire extinguishing devices, must be located in the room of permanent stay of TETS 9 duty personnel; switching equipment frames, which control electric locks of fire extinguishing directions, are located near control units. Fire detectors manufactured by System Sensor are designed in protected cable structures.

3. Equipment composition.

CP control device (up to 32x CP/MCP devices in the object network) is designed to receive information from 20 loops and control 10 devices. Control algorithms and tactics are set directly from the keyboard on the front panel of the control panel. CPs allow translation of control signals from one CP to another via RS485 interface.

Technical specifications.

The control unit provides:

- device management, for each device:

- start, stop, shutdown, actuation of device automation:

- by signals of any loop of any CP;

- by signals and commands of any IP;

- from the keyboard of this CP (refer to para 9.6.), any DPI;

- disconnection and actuation of device automation:

- by commands of IP, the number of which in the network is the same as the number in the network of this CP,

- device start/stop delay, from 0 to 250 sec;

- serviceability check of the device control circuit for breakage and closure, at that:

- resistance of control circuit wires must be not more than 100 ohms,

- leakage resistance between control circuit wires or each wire and "ground," not more than 0.5 Mohm,

- control of device actuation, in 0-250 sec after device start-up;

- pulse control of the device, pulse duration from 1 to 99 sec;

duty cycle - 2.0; number of pulses - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, not limited;

- device redundancy;

- automatic change of main and reserve devices in 1-999 hours (step 1 hour);

- monitoring of loops condition for break and short circuit.

- power supply of active non-stop detectors:

- supply voltage on detectors is constant, in the range from 12 to 23 V and depends on the connection circuit, load on the loop;

- actual value of pulsation voltage in the loop, not more than 20 mV;

- current limitation through operated detector - 20 mA;

- reset the detectors by removing the supply voltage for a time of not less than 5 sec.

- current of active detectors consumption in standby mode, for fire loop

type 1 - up to 3.0 mA; type 2 - up to 1.0 mA;

- loop integration time - 300 ms.

The PI indication device is designed to indicate the state of a specific control device of the control panel and the equipment connected to it. PI is also used for generation of commands "actuation/deactivation of automatics" of tilting unit and "tilting unit reset"; Type of climatic design - UHL 3.1. as per GOST 1515069. The degree of environmental protection is IP44 as per GOST 1425496.

Technical specifications.

PI provides:

1. Operation with CP, the number of which in the network coincides with the number in the network of this CP ;

The MR relay module is designed for use in signal and control circuits in order to increase the number of signal or control contacts. Type of climatic design - UHL 3.1. as per GOST 1515069. The degree of protection against environmental impact is IP44 as per GOST 1425496.

MR allows to expand the capabilities of the control device due to:

- creating or increasing the number of signal contacts.

- increase of the number of controlled devices with coil by 220 V.

- creation or increase of number of controlled devices with DC coil.

Each MP relay has two groups of jumper contacts.

Relay coil parameters:

- rated voltage 220V, frequency 50 ± 1 Hz.

- power consumption, not more than 1,0VA.

Overall dimensions, mm:

The average service life is at least 10 years.

SHAK switching equipment cabinet (the number in the system is not limited) is intended for:

• switching of power circuits: fire, sprinkler, deluge pumps; dosing pumps; jockey pumps; electric valves; compressors; fans; cold, hot water pumps; heating circulation and makeup pumps; drain pumps; alarm and control relays;

• power supply of single and three-phase loads ;

• switching of power circuits of automatic switching on of power supply reserve (ATS).

IP 21258 - fire detector smoke optoelectronic. The fire smoke optoelectronic detector IP21258 uses a horizontally ventilated smoke chamber of a new design, which reduces the effect of dust. The absolutely circular shape of the smoke chamber in the horizontal plane ensures an equally high sensitivity of the detector when smoke arrives from any direction. Due to the use of high integration and miniaturization, the volume of the smoke chamber was increased and its ventilability was improved.

The operating temperature range of the detectors: from - 30 ° С to + 70 ° С, high corrosion protection provided by special coating and sealing of certain sectors of the circuit board, allow them to be installed in heated and non-heated rooms .

To protect the smoke chambers from dust, IP21258 detectors are supplied with yellow plastic process covers. When the fire alarm is put into operation, these covers shall be removed from the detectors.

Manual detector IPRPRO/IP5358 -

Manual fire detector IPRPRO/IP5358 (MCP3AR000SF) is a reusable detector designed to generate a signal "Fire" to receiving and control devices (PKP) of fire and fire protection alarms. The detector design and fabrication technology, as well as the highly reliable switches used, are designed for repeated switching on and off, ensure trouble-free operation for almost unlimited time.

The detector consists of a dust-proof rectangular reservoir-mass body, the front panel of which shows a drawing that allows you to easily understand the order of its inclusion in the "Fire" mode. To prevent false activation of the "Fire" mode, the front part of the detector can be closed with a transparent protective cover.

The detector is activated by mechanical action on the central part of the drive element on the front panel. When the non-breakable plate is pressed, it is shifted downward. At that check box (in the form of yellow bar) appears, which provides visual confirmation of PSI actuation. It is also possible to supply a detector with a stack.

Testing, restoration and removal of the cover (according to EN5411) of the detector is carried out using only one element - the key. This eliminates unauthorized shutdown of "Fire" mode. You always see the fact that the detector is triggered - by a yellow flag, or by broken glass. The same key is suitable for checking any detector and there is no need to hold several different keys.

The installed manual detector cannot be disassembled using a standard tool. If the detector cover is broken or broken, the alarm will go off. The design provides complete protection against unauthorized access.

To prevent false activation of "Fire" mode, the front part of the broadcaster can be closed with a transparent protective cover PS200. To activate the detector in this case, it is necessary to lift the protective cover by its protruding lower part. The lid can be additionally fixed with a plastic clamp or sealed.

4. Operation of the automation system.

Control of the fire situation in the protected cable structures is provided by automatic non-addressable smoke fire detectors, as well as manual fire detectors combined into signal loops in separate fire extinguishing directions. The indicated signal loops are connected to the input terminals of the control and monitoring device (No. 5, refer to the structural diagram of the system).

When the signal loop is activated, the following commands are generated:

- for opening of electric lock of deluge fire extinguishing system protecting this cable structure;

- for disconnection of plenum ventilation of the cable structure;

- to close the fire-retardant valve installed in the ventilation air duct in the cable structure.

In standby mode, the automation system provides monitoring and transmission of signals on the state of fire alarm and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as fire protection valves, to the PI units located in the room with the permanent stay of the CHPP-9 duty personnel.

5. Power supply and grounding of the automation system.

Power supply of the automation system must be provided in the first category. At the same time, the devices and units of the "Sprut2" system are powered by a single-phase voltage of 220 V 50 Hz, the inputs of the SHAK cabinets are connected to a 3-phase source of 380 V 50 Hz.

Metal cabinets of ShAQ, as well as housings of devices of the "Sprut2" system are subject to grounding.

6. Installation of the automation system.

Installation of the system is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 5. 131302009 "Automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing installations," design documentation and manufacturer's instructions for the devices to be installed. Derogation from the project is allowed only after approval with the project organization.
