The entire production territory of an industrial enterprise is divided into 4 zones:
Pre-factory, including factory auxiliary buildings designed to accommodate the administration, medical institutions, educational premises, premises for public organizations and cultural services, laboratories, research units, aisles, parking lots for passenger transport, etc.;
Production, in which production shops of the main and auxiliary purpose are concentrated;
Utility room, in which energy facilities, ground and underground engineering communications are located;
Warehouse, there are buildings for storing materials, semi-finished products and finished products, as well as transport buildings and structures.

Metal Cold Machining Zone
Metal is processed on strict, long, drilling, turning, milling, grinding and other machines, as well as sharpening and editing of the cutting tool.
The processes belong to the Ib manufacturing process group.
Metal Heat Treatment Zone
Heat treatment of metal includes annealing, normalization, quenching, tempering, cementation, cyanidation, metal nitriding and other operations.
Processes belong to IIB group of production processes.
Painting department
To protect products from corrosion and rotting, as well as to give them a decorative appearance in the machine building industry, the following painting materials are used: oil paints, which are a mixture of dry pigments (lead suck, lead oxide, etc.) and fillers (talc, chalk, kaolin, spar) with film-forming substances (olefins) and solvents (whitespirite, solvent, skipar, etc.) asphalt-bitumen varnishes and paints, which are solutions of bitumen in organic solvents; glyphthalic varnishes and enamels made on the basis of glyphthalic resins that dissolve in solvents (whitespyrite, solvent, xylene, etc.); pentaphthalic enamels made from polyester resins and solvents (solvent, xylene, etc.); perchlorovinyl enamels, which are solutions of perchlorovinyl resin in organic solvents (butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetone, toluene, etc.); nitrocellulose enamels and varnishes based on nitrolacs colored with various pigments; water emulsion paints such as polyvinyl acetate and butadiene styrene; synthetic enamels.
Processes belong to Group III of production processes.
The total area of the workshop is 4320 m ³
