EXPLANATORY NOTE

1. General provisions

This project is based on: specifications issued; tasks of the customer and architectural and construction part of the project in accordance with the current codes and regulations.

The project provides for power supply and electric lighting of the construction site of a residential building and a residential building at the address:. Design decisions were made in accordance with the norms and requirements of PUE (edition 7), SNIP 230595 and other applicable norms.

2. Power supply

According to SP311102003 electric receivers of an individual residential building belong to the third category in terms of reliability of power supply.

For power supply of a building site and a house from a support of the Leningrad Region existing VL0.4kV I LIE to lay cable AVBBSHV 4х16. Before the foundation of the house, the cable is laid in the ground. Entry into the room shall be such that water cannot accumulate in the passage and enter the room. In the house, the cable is laid open on the walls (see sheet No. 8). To connect the supply mains, install the board with S233 circuit breaker on 16A on the support. Set automatic switch S233R to 16A in the automatic control unit .

For reception, metering and distribution of electric power on the first floor in the garage room an input and metering cabinet is installed. Cabinet installation height is 1.7m from floor level.

To protect people from electric shock and prevent fire as a result of leakage of currents to the ground, RRs are installed. Protection of group networks from overload and short circuit currents is carried out by automatic circuit breakers of AVV company with combined disconnectors. Rated currents of protection devices are selected in accordance with rated load currents .

The main electric receivers of the construction site include: lighting, power tool, concrete mixer. The main electric receivers of the house include: lighting and socket networks, boiler room appliances.

Lighting fixtures and electrical installation products are selected in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises, their degree of protection corresponds to the nominal voltage and environmental conditions. Terminal blocks and hooks are installed to connect the chandeliers.

Hooks for suspension of lighting fixtures - chandeliers shall be insulated using polyvinyl chloride tube.

The house has a general lighting system. Normalized illumination of rooms is accepted in accordance with SNiP 230595. Light engineering calculation was made using the specific power method. Lighting is controlled by manual local switches. The lighting on the ladder is controlled from two places (see Sheet No. 15).

Sockets are accepted for hidden electrical installation on 16A with a grounding contact, and also have a protective device that automatically closes the sockets sockets when the plug is removed, as per para 7.1.49 of PUE. Recommended height of switches installation is 0.9 m from clean floor. Socket sockets are installed at a height of 0.3m from the clean floor .

Lighting networks are carried out by a wire of PV3 3h1,5 and a cable of brand VVGNG - 3х1.5 (the boiler house, a garage); power circuits are made by a 3x2.5 PV3 wire and a 3x2.5 VBGng cable (boiler room, garage) according to loads (it is possible to use cables of other grades with equivalent insulation and cross-section of conductive conductors). The cable is laid in a corrugated PVC pipe in the floor voids, in the floor bracing, in the wall bars, behind a set ceiling in a layer of non-combustible insulation. In the boiler room, the wiring is made open .

Degree of design of electrical installation products in rooms with normal environment conditions IP21, for wet (toilet, bathroom) and fire hazardous rooms (boiler room) - IP44.

3. Electricity metering

The active electric power metering counter shall be located at the place of electric power injection inside the room together with the protection devices inside the BRU. The height of the counter is 1,7 m. Energy metering shall be performed by electronic single-tariff meter of active energy Mercury 230AM01.

Connect the grounding conductor (PE) to the pipes through an electrical clamp, connect the grounding wire (PE) to the metal housings of the electric receivers by means of an electric tip screwed to the device housing.

Perform an additional potential equalization system in the bathrooms and s/s. Connect all open conductive parts of electrical installations, external conductive parts of electrical installations and zero protective conductors of all electrical equipment. Ground the metal frame of the bath, pallets, shower cabins by connecting to an additional potential equalization system.

From people's electric shock (according to PUE instructions) in case of direct and indirect touching, the RCD in the apartment board for 30mA serves. In addition, RCD provides reduction of fire hazard of the plant.

6. Installation Instructions

The works are performed in accordance with the effective SNiP 3.05.06.85, PUE (edition 7).

According to the SNiP requirement, the passages through the wall must be made in pipe sections, incombustible ducts, the clearance between the pipe and the duct must be sealed with an easily removable and incombustible substance (cement with sand 1:10 or pearlite expanded with construction gypsum 1:2). Protective conductor (PE) shall be connected to protective contacts of sockets, lamps and equipment with metal housing. When supplying the sockets of one group line, the branch to each socket must be carried out at the branch points in the soldering boxes in one of the accepted ways (soldering, welding, sealing, compressed, terminals). Connection of sockets to protective conductor of sockets contacts is not allowed in sequence. Connection to group panel for common contact clamp of zero working and protective conductor is prohibited.

During installation, it should be taken into account that according to PUE item 2.1.31, the coloring of wires should be:

blue - zero operating conductor;

two-color yellow-green (PE) - zero protective conductor,

two-color yellow-green along the entire length with blue marks at the ends of the line, which are applied during installation (PEN) - a combined zero working and zero protective conductor ;

black, brown, red or gray - phase conductors.

7. Operation Manual

1. The owner of the house must be instructed on electrical safety measures; All electrical appliances used shall comply with GOST 2750700;

2. When replacing light sources, use an equivalent with a rated power of not more than the lighting fixtures specified in the passport data. If this requirement is not met, the lighting device may be damaged (overheating) and ignited;

3. Replacement of lamps shall be performed after voltage relief;

4. At actuation of protective circuit breakers at G-load it is necessary to disconnect the electrical appliance from the socket and switch on the circuit breaker after some time;

5. The owner is forbidden to change the electrical circuit on his own, install protective machines with other nominal data without coordination with the power supply organization;

6. Measurement of insulation resistance, integrity of zero conductors, serviceability check of protective equipment shall be carried out within the specified time frame by specialists who have a license for the right to this activity;

7. When working with a power tool, use manual machines with double or reinforced insulation.
