The hotel was designed in the 203rd quarter of Yakutsk. Entrance to the site is carried out from Larionov Street. The building is located in the center of the site. On the territory of the project there are: an outdoor pool, a place of rest where you can admire the landscape of the river. The area is ha. Landscaping is presented in the form of lawn, shrubs, and trees. The building itself in the plan has a symmetrical shape. Rising rectangular floors. There is a green area on the balconies of the hotel, where vacationers can relax. The hotel consists of 8 floors: 1 floor parking, 2-3 public use and the remaining 5 floors residential.
