Description
The purpose of this diploma project is to improve the structural parameters of the rotation mechanism of the Belorusus 1523 tractor with the development of the rotation mechanism in the Khozhovoagro-2009 SOUP of the Molodechensky district.
The project described the soup "Khozhovoagro-2009" of the Molodechensky district. Rolling stock, farm performance indicators are given. The labour intensity of rolling stock repair is calculated. The layout of the production building has been developed. In the diploma project, an improvement in the tractor control mechanism was proposed. Instead of two independent hydraulic cylinders that simultaneously turn the front wheels of the tractor, a design of a turning mechanism with one two-rod hydraulic cylinder located on the front bridge of the tractor was proposed. A detailed development of the hydraulic cylinder was made. Hydraulic cylinder parameters are calculated. Drawings of the general view of the rotation mechanism, assembly drawing, details of the hydraulic cylinder have been developed.
A detailed technology for manufacturing the piston of the hydraulic cylinder was also developed, calculations of cutting modes, time standards were made, and technological equipment was selected. Operational sketches of piston processing have been developed.
