Description
The continuous hydrostatic sterilizer A9-FSA consists of a water heating chamber, a steam sterilisation chamber, a water pre-cooling chamber, an additional cooling chamber, a water drain line to the sewerage system, a loading and unloading mechanism, a pool with water for additional cooling and a chain conveyor. The unit housing is sectional. Each section is divided by partitions into three vertical channels. For thermal insulation the partitions are double. The sterilisation temperature is controlled by the water level in the sterilisation chamber. The duration of additional cooling of the cans produced outside the sterilizer body depends on the speed of the conveyor and the volume of cooling water. The sterilizer operates as follows. Jars are loaded into bank carriers of endless continuous chain conveyor, which supplies them to zone of hydrostatic (water) lock-lock. Here, the jars warm up and enter the chamber of the steam sterilizer itself, where they are heated to 120. "Then the canned food enters the water cooling zone, and their temperature decreases to 75... 80 ° C. From the hydrostatic gate, the jars enter the additional water cooling chamber and, having cooled to 40... 50 ° C, are discharged from the sterilizer. Sterilizers A9-FSA are equipped with automation, they provide for cleaning and cooling of recirculation water.
