Description

The hydraulic drive of the asphalt paver is used to drive the following

working bodies:

- hopper flap drive (extension-retraction, hydraulic cylinder

C1);

- drive of hopper sidewalls (extension-retraction, hydraulic cylinder C2);

- Distributor auger drive (auger rotation, hydraulic motor)

M1);

- drive of the vibrating tamper bar (M2 hydraulic motor).

The hydraulic system consists of four circuits: M1 hydraulic motor circuit

(distributor auger drive), M2 hydraulic motor circuit (drive

vibrating tamper bar), hydraulic cylinder circuit C1 (drive

hopper flaps), hydraulic cylinder circuit C2 (hopper sidewall drive).

These hydraulic motors are connected in parallel.

The reservoir for the working fluid is the hydraulic tank B. Pump H1

adjustable flow is used to power the hydraulic motors M1, M2 and

hydraulic cylinders C1 and C2. The non-variable H2 pump is used for power supply

control loop of power distributors R1... P4 with the help of

control distributors R5... R12. Variable N1 Pump Suction

working fluid from tank B. Further, the working fluid comes from the pump H1

through the DP flow divider to the power distributors R3, R4 s

hydraulic control, as well as to power distributors P1, P2,

which control the hydraulic cylinders C1, C2 respectively. Divisor

proportional) regardless of the loads on the shafts of the M1 and

M2. Also, the working fluid is supplied from the H1 pump to the safety pump.

From the safety valve KP6, the working fluid enters the drain

main and drains into tank B.

From the P1 power distributors... P4, which are

three-position six-line with hydraulic control,

working fluid is supplied to M1 and M2 hydraulic motors and C1 hydraulic cylinders,

The working fluid flows to the end of the spool of the power distributor and

moves it to the extreme position, while the working fluid will be

from the H1 pump through the power distributor to the appropriate

hydraulic motor. The working fluid is drained from the P5 distributors... R12 in

drain line, and through the drain filter F enters tank B.

The safety valve of the H2 pump is the KP5 valve.
