Introduction
Concrete is the oldest building material. However, the mass use of concrete in construction began in the second half of the XIX century. after organizing the industrial production of Portland cement.
At present, it is almost impossible to name such an area of construction where precast reinforced concrete would not be used. It makes designs of any shape that meet a wide variety of architectural and technological requirements. These structures are strong, durable, fire resistant, well resistant to atmospheric effects.
Technological complexes for the production of reinforced concrete products and structures are the industrial base of domestic construction. A large range of manufactured products involves the use of a large number of various unique technological equipment.
Delivery, laying and leveling of concrete mixture during forming of reinforced concrete articles is performed mainly by concrete distributors. That is why an important issue of modern production is improvement by modernizing this equipment.
The purpose of the course project is to modernize the concrete laying in order to increase its productivity. To do this, it is necessary to conduct a patent study, having determined the essence of modernization, to calculate the main structural, technological and kinematic parameters.
