Attic Floor Superstructure
The attic floor is made in the hotel in order to provide visitors with a recreation area, and it also makes the appearance of the building more aesthetic. In the recreation area it is planned to arrange a winter garden.
The work involves the superstructure of the fourth and attic floors. The fourth floor is located on the site of the former technical floor, which is partially dismantled. After that, load-bearing walls made of brick are reported up to elevation + 15.400. Then, a monolithic belt 200 mm thick is arranged on the brick to prevent crushing of the brick and ensure reliable connection of the frames with the bearing walls .
Metal sheets are profiled sheets of galvanized steel with a polymer coating. Thanks to its reliability, aesthetics and affordable price, metal cutting has become the most popular modern roofing material in Russia. We carry out a covering of the mansard floor a metal tile of Joker MCh49 with laying of heater of ISOVER with thickness which is picked up for calculation.
In the entire building, in order to improve the performance and aesthetic appearance of the building, window frames are replaced with EUROOwindows with single-chamber double-glazed windows.
