Introduction

Purpose of the course work:

The purpose of this course work is the designed hot water supply system for a residential six-story building.

On assignment, it was necessary to create a closed hot water supply system. A closed system is a system in which water circulating in the pipeline is used only as a coolant, and is not taken from the heat system for hot water supply.

With this scheme, the system is completely closed from the environment.

The hot water supply system in this work will be double-tube with lower wiring (supply and return lines are in the basement). The supply risers to the water collection devices are located in the bathrooms behind the toilets, and the return (circulation) towels with towels are located near the baths.

Coursework tasks:

- determination of estimated heat and hot water flow rates;

- calculation and construction of hourly and integral plots of heat consumption;

- hydraulic calculation of supply pipelines of WAN system (near and far);

- determination of heat losses of hot water supply pipelines;

- hydraulic calculation of circulation and return pipelines, as well as their correction;

- selection of heat assembly equipment;

- interpretation.

Defining a Design Object

The design object in this coursework is a six-story residential building, the building consists of the following engineering structures:

foundation: pile foundation with prefabricated pile.

walls: bearing walls - hollow ceramic stone with a thickness of 370 mm and a density of 1700 kg/m3; internal bearing and self-supporting walls of 100 mm thick gas silicate blocks;

floor: cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slabs 180 mm thick.

The building has an unheated basement and attic. Based on the task, it is necessary to design a closed heat supply system with a hot water temperature of 55 ° С and a cold water temperature of 5 ° С. The head at the input according to the task is 120 m. A total of 2 buildings of the same type in the microdistrict. Most often, cities use centralized heat supply to consumers. This is due to certain advantages of this type of heat supply: fuel economy, the possibility of using low-quality fuel, and reducing environmental pollution .

The main feature of centralized systems is the 24-hour continuous supply of hot water to consumers. Hot water preparation for hot water supply system needs is performed in CTP or CTP.

From here, hot water is supplied to in-house hot water supply systems, consisting of dilution and prefabricated pipelines, water risers and in some systems of circulation risers.

Conclusion

As a result of the course work, I designed and designed a closed hot water system for a six-story residential building.

A quarterly supply system for two identical buildings was also calculated. Diameters of supply and circulation pipelines were determined, equipment of heat assembly was selected and calculated. You have defined the pipe material and quantity required to create this system. Heat losses by heat supply lines are determined.

The work contains one sheet A1 with drawings of a closed hot water supply system with lower wiring and a "classic" diagram of connection of risers and water separation units, with towels on a circulation riser in the form of a basement plan, a typical floor plan, an attic plan, an axonometric hot heat supply scheme and a quarterly scheme.
