Description

Source data

In the SRSP "Hot water supply of a residential building" a project of a centralized hot water supply system is being developed. The main issues to be solved in the process of performing the work:

- tracing the hot water supply system on the basement and floor plan, building an axonometric scheme of the hot water supply system, arranging sanitary appliances and shut-off valves;

- determination of the estimated consumption of water and heat for the needs of hot water supply;

- construction of hourly and integral graphs of heat consumption;

- calculation of the volume and selection of the hot water battery tank;

- hydraulic calculation of supply and circulation pipelines of the hot water supply system;

- selection of subscriber input equipment (heat point).

Initial data for the design:

List of literature

1. Internal hot water supply systems

Hot water supply systems should be designed: dead end, if a break in water supply is allowed; ring or looped leads with two dead-end pipelines with branches to consumers from each of them to ensure continuous supply of water.

In residential and public buildings, the laying of hot water distribution pipelines should be provided in underground, basements, technical floors, attics, on the first floor in underground channels (in case of absence of attics), according to the structures of the building, according to which open laying of pipelines or under the ceiling of the upper floor is allowed.

Plastic pipelines (except those located in sanitary units) should be laid only hidden. In rooms with high requirements for finishing.

Piping shall be provided with a slope of at least 0.002.

Piping shall be designed to compensate for pipe temperature elongations.

The distance from the surface of plaster or lining to the axis of non-insulated pipelines with the diameter of the conditional passage up to 32 mm inclusive with open gasket shall be from 35 to 55 mm, with diameters of 4050 mm - from 50 to 60 mm, and with diameters of more than 50 mm - accepted according to the working documentation.

Vertical piping shall not deviate from the vertical by more than 2 mm by 1 m of length.

Means for fixing risers made of steel pipes in residential and public buildings at a floor height of up to 3 m are not installed, and at a floor height of more than 3 m, fasteners are installed on half of the floor.

At the upper points of the hot water supply system, air exhaust devices should be provided, and at the lower points, drain devices should be provided. Air discharge from the hot water supply system is allowed to be provided through water separation valves located at the upper points of the system, and emptying the system through water separation devices of the lower floors.

Thermal insulation shall be provided for supply and circulation pipelines of hot water supply systems, including risers, except for water discharge devices. The thickness of the insulation layer shall be at least 10 mm and the thermal conductivity of the insulation material shall be at least 0.05 W/( m ° C).

Installation of shut-off valves in hot water supply systems shall be provided at each inlet; on branches supplying 5 water discharge points or more; at the base of supply and circulation pipelines; on branches to section nodes; on branches from main lines; on branches to each apartment.

Check valves in the hot water supply system shall be installed on the pipeline sections supplying water to the group mixers; on the circulation pipeline before it is connected to the water heater or before it is connected to the return pipeline of the heat network (in an open system); on branches from the return pipeline of the heat network to the temperature regulator.

For internal hot water supply systems plastic, copper, bronze, brass, steel pipes with internal and external corrosion protection coating and shaped products should be accepted.

Water meters shall be provided at hot water pipeline inputs to account for water flow in each building (apartment). With a double-tube system, the water meter shall be installed on the supply and circulation pipelines with a check valve installed on the circulation pipeline. In a closed system, the water meter should be installed on the cold water pipeline.

Pressure gauges and thermometers are provided to control temperature and hydraulic operating conditions of hot water supply systems.
