1 . General Instructions

1. The design of the heating system was developed on the basis of the Customer's specification, and in accordance with SNiP 2.04.0591 * "Heating, ventilation, air conditioning," SNiP 2.08.0189 * "Residential buildings."

2. Design temperatures for building ventilation and heating design:

- in cold period - (26 ° С),

- in warm period - (+ 20 ° С),

- indoor - (+ 20 ° С).

3. The main indicators for the project are presented in the certificate for the heating system.

4. The heating system is connected to the heat source according to a two-pipe scheme with forced circulation of the coolant.

5. The heat source is an individual boiler room.

6. The temperature of the coolant entering the heating system is controlled by a 3-way control valve with an electric drive installed in the boiler room.

7. The heat supply of the building is controlled by the Octopus heat supply controller - 2.0 with a weather compensator located in the boiler room.

8. Coolant circulation in the heating system is carried out by the circulation pump "Grundfoss" UPS 2580, or by a similar pump located in the boiler room.

Average coolant speed:

- in circuits 0.1 0.3 m/s,

- in highways 0.8 - 1.0 m/s.

9. Filling and makeup of the heating system is carried out in the boiler room from the water supply.

10. Air is removed from the heating system at the upper points of the headers of the heating system through Mayevsky automatic bleed valves.

11. Conventionally clean effluents are discharged to the sewage system of the building.

12. Attach the pipelines taking into account provision of vibration protection and compensation of their thermal elongations and taking into account the requirements of SP 1410298, SP-40-102-2000.

13. Installation and hydraulic testing of pipelines shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0185, "Rules for arrangement and safe operation of steam boilers with steam pressure not more than 0.07 MPa (0.7 kg/cm2), hot water boilers and water heaters with water heating temperature not more than 388 ° K (115 ° C), "" Rules for arrangement and safe operation of steam and hot water pipelines, "SNiP 3.05.0185, SNiP III480, SNI481, SP 4110298, pressure for polyethylene pipelines of the heating system not less than 0.6
