Explanatory Note
General Data
The section of heating and ventilation of the construction project of the building of alcohol-containing products in its own territory of the joint venture LLC "" was developed on the basis of the task of technologists and the current norms and rules.
The construction project provides for the creation of acceptable sanitary conditions for the air environment and the provision of technological requirements for production premises.
The heat supply source is the own boiler house with a design temperature schedule of 9070 ° С.
The coolant for heating and heat supply systems of P1... P3 plants is water with 90700C parameters.
Heat consumption for heating and ventilation is:
Qotopl. = 32800 W;
Qvent = 31455 W.
Climatological data
For the design of heating and ventilation, the following outdoor air parameters based on SNB 2.04.022000 and
SNB 4.02.0103.
Barometric pressure - 990 (745) GPa (mmHg).
Indoor air parameters are taken as per
GOST 12.1.00588, SNB 4.02.0103.
Heating
The heating system is designed single-tube with upper wiring.
As heating devices are accepted: in the warehouse of alcohol-containing substances and the preparatory department registers of smooth pipes, in other rooms - cast-iron radiators 2K60P500.
Heating devices in category "A" rooms shall be installed at least 100mm from the wall surface.
For heating devices in the room of the warehouse of alcohol-containing substances, the project provides screens from non-combustible materials, which must be installed at a distance of 100 from the heating devices.
Accounting of thermal energy on the basis of the customer's task is not provided.
Pipelines of heating and heat supply systems of units P1... P3 are accepted from water and gas pipes according to GOST 326275, pipelines of ITP - from electric welded pipes according to GOST 1070491, drain and air outlet pipelines are designed from water and gas galvanized pipes according to GOST 326275.
Ventilation
Ventilation in the building of alcohol-containing products is designed inflow with mechanical and natural motivation.
In the preparatory compartment from pos.5 (washing bath), a local suction is designed, the B3 system with an explosion-proof electric motor. General-exchange exhaust mechanical ventilation from the prep room is designed from the upper zone by B4 system with two fans (1 working; 2-standby) and with electric motors in explosion-proof design.
B3 and B4 systems operate in operating mode, as well as both systems operate in emergency mode. Exhaust carried out by local and general exchange ventilation is compensated by inflow from P1 system.
In the warehouse room, common exhaust is carried out periodically for ventilation by BE1... BE3 systems. Also designed for emergency axial fans, systems B1 and B2 (1 operating; 2-standby). The inflow into the warehouse room in the cold period is natural, and air conditioning (K1 and K2 systems) is designed for the warm period in the warehouse room, which maintain a temperature of not more than 20 ° С in the warehouse room.
In domestic premises, the exhaust is designed with a mechanical and natural impulse, which is compensated by the influx from the P2 system, as well as in the summer, ventilation is provided through opening frame windows.
Fire fighting measures
On air ducts, when they cross fire barriers, fire-retardant valves with a fire resistance rating corresponding to the fire resistance rating of the barrier are installed.
In case of fire, ventilation is switched off, except for the P3 system, which provides air pressure to the tambour between the category "A" warehouse and household premises.
