General Instructions
The ventilation project of the beer restaurant (basement, 1st floor) was carried out on the basis of :
- customer assignment;
- architectural and construction drawings;
- effective regulatory documents:
SNiP 2.04.0591 * "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";
SNiP 2.01.0285 * "Fire Standards";
SNiP 210192 "Fire safety of buildings and structures."
SNiP 2.09.0487 * "Administrative and household buildings."
The design provides for the installation of plenum mechanical ventilation. The air exchange in the rooms is determined in accordance with SNiP 2.08.0289 based on calculations based on the customer's process assignment and equipment specifications.
The ventilation chamber (tin room) is located in the room of the dismantled boiler house, located north of the center of the building and equipped with an plenum plant, as well as channel exhaust fans for removing air from the basement rooms. Air distribution in rooms is performed through grids (diffusers) with controlled supply and direction of air movement. Air from the rooms is removed by the exhaust grid (diffuser). Air ducts are made of galvanized steel sheet and flexible silenced ducts from DEC (Holland). All ducts and adapters are insulated with ISOVER material. Dimensions of air ducts and steel thickness are accepted according to SNiP 2.04.0591 *; Air velocity in air ducts does not exceed 5 m/s, which meets the Russian and world noise protection requirements - SNiP II1277 * *.
Automation of ventilation and air conditioning provides for: monitoring of air parameters, local control of ventilation systems, automatic shutdown at the "Fire" signal in the presence of a fire-fighting plant. Year-round uninterrupted operation of the office ventilation system. Installation of bus for connection of control of ventilation systems to "General control" system.
Measures to ensure the normative level of noise and vibration.
To reduce aerodynamic and mechanical noise from ventilation equipment:
- soft inserts separating fans and units from the network of air ducts and suspensions;
- noise silencers on the air duct network;
-mouldered flexible ducts from DEC
Install and test in accordance with SNiP 3.05.01. 85.
System Description
Provide access for maintenance of ventilation systems equipment. Plenum unit, plenum and exhaust fan, air distribution devices are located in chamber. Power supply of all systems from the common electrical panel; provide for the possibility of connection of systems management to the system "General control and monitoring."
Power supply of the plant from the existing building heating system.
Automation provides protection against freezing, temperature maintenance, and monitoring of system operation and Alarm signal.
Air ducts are made of galvanized steel and flexible, noise absorbing companies "Dec" (Holland).
Grating adapters are made of galvanized steel and are heat and noise insulated with Isover type material. All ducts are conducted in the free space of the set ceiling and open along the ceiling. Grid locations are specified by the designer after project approval. Power is supplied to the ventilation systems from the electric panel in the protective corrugation.
Plenum ventilation system is designed in accordance with SNiP 2.04.05-91 *
For the comfortable stay of people and the non-proliferation of smells. Multiplicities are adopted in accordance with the recommendations of sanitary norms and rules. The plenum plant supplies air heated in winter and street in summer to the basement rooms of the 1st and 2nd as well as VIP halls. Lift the exhaust channels under the horn, traction is increased due to the installation of roof fans.
An additional plenum and exhaust system for the kitchen is being designed.
The project was developed in accordance with the current norms and rules and provides for measures to ensure explosive, explosion and fire safety during operation.
