Explanatory Note
General Instructions
The heating design was developed in accordance with SNiP 2.04.0591 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning," SNiP 2.09.0487 "Administrative and residential buildings," architectural and construction drawings.
1. Heat supply source - designed heat generator
2. Coolant - water with parameters 800600С.
3. Design winter temperature - t = 16 wasps.
4. Design internal temperatures in rooms are accepted according to SNiP 2.09.0487 "Administrative and domestic buildings"
Heating
The design provides for a 2 pipe heating system with lower wiring. One system serves the 3rd floor (office premises), the other 1 and 2 floors (household and other premises). Profile steel radiators of FKV type from KERMI and cast-iron radiators MS140 M1 (500) are adopted as heating devices.
Heating system pipelines are accepted from Stamar multi-layer metal polymer pipes laid in the plinth structure.
In the pool room, a warm floor heating system and standby heating by KERMI heating devices are provided.
Water from heating systems is removed through plugged tees installed at the lower points of the systems.
Air removal from heating systems is provided at the upper points through air collectors and air outlet valves installed on heating devices.
Ventilation
The project provides for plenum ventilation with natural and mechanical motive.
Air supply to the rooms is provided to the upper area of the serviced rooms through plenum anemostats and plenum grids. Air preparation of required parameters is carried out by "Systemair" plenum plant.
Removal of air from bathrooms and technical rooms is accepted by ventilation systems with a natural impulse of VE1 A 14. Air is removed from the upper zone through air distribution control grids.
Air ducts of exhaust B1÷B14 ventilation systems to remove higher than the level of a roof.
Air is removed from administrative rooms by exhaust system B1 through raster grids.
The project provides for the installation of ventilation equipment from Systemair.
A Calorex monoblock air dryer is designed in the pool room to remove excess moisture from the air.
Air ducts of plenum and exhaust systems are laid within the set ceiling.
The main noise reduction measures envisaged by the project are:
selection of fan operation mode with maximum efficiency value;
connection of ducts to fans with flexible inserts;
selection of air velocity in air ducts and grids within permissible limits.

placement of ventilation equipment in a separate ventilation chamber;
selection of water flow rate in pipelines within permissible limits.
The project provides for fire prevention measures:
ventilation systems of the designed building are arranged taking into account the fire requirements for the technological process flowing in it.
in the air ducts of P1, B1 systems, devices are provided to prevent the spread of fire - fire-retarding valves;
transit air ducts are made of sheet steel, 1.0 mm thick and plastered with pearlite solution with γ≤400 kg/m3 20 mm thick.
The project provides for energy conservation measures:
local control of heat removal of heating devices by valves with thermostatic head and hydraulic control by ERC valves is provided.
heat supply system pipelines are heat insulated with Termaflex mats.
Systemair fans with impellers with blades bent back with high efficiency and low power consumption are accepted.
Perform works according to SNiP 3.05.0185 "Organization, production and acceptance of works. Internal sanitary and technical systems. "
Types of works and structures for which Concealed Works Inspection Certificates shall be drawn up:
readiness of niches, channels, furrows for laying pipelines in them and installation of sanitary devices;
correctness of slopes, bending of pipes, installation of sanitary devices;
correct installation and serviceable operation of valves, safety devices, automation and instrumentation.
