Description
The heating and ventilation project was developed for the building of the pumping station located on the territory of the water intake. The project was carried out on the basis of the customer's assignment, architectural, construction and process drawings, in accordance with the current codes, rules and standards. In case of change of design structures of external enclosures, adjustment of heating system is required. Design external air temperature in cold period - 40 ° С. The design internal air temperature in the rooms is accepted as per SP 31.13330.2012: machine rooms of pumping stations 5 ° С. The project has developed electric heating. Electric furnaces PET-4 are used as heating devices. Ventilation of the pump station is designed plenum-exhaust with natural impulse. Air exchange of the engine room is accepted based on assimilation of heat emissions from pump motors. Drawing is carried out from the upper zone through the passage unit with subsequent ejection through the insulated shaft with installation of a deflector. The inflow of outdoor air is unorganized through the opening window and door.
