Introduction

This course work is devoted to the development of the manufacturing process of the part "Guide housing" and the design of technological equipment.

The purpose of the course work is to gain practical skills in solving problems arising in connection with the development of technological processes for the manufacture of parts and the design of technological equipment.

In the course of the work, the following tasks are solved: development of the manufacturing process of the part "Guide Housing," which includes selection of the method of obtaining the workpiece, selection of equipment and tools for each TC operation, calculation of elements of cutting modes, cutting forces, allowances and time standards; Design a machine tool for some operation.

The RPZ describes the procedure and all stages of the development of the TP for the manufacture of the product "Guide Housing."

Selection of process equipment and equipment

Selection of equipment models, determination of speed and supply is performed according to [1]. For large-scale production, we select high-performance universal and specialized, focusing on the compliance of the main dimensions of the machine tools with the overall dimensions of the workpiece being processed and achieving the required accuracy, as well as on the use of a minimum number of different machine models.

To achieve high quality and productivity in the manufacture of the housing in all operations according to the recommendations given in [1] for mass production, special devices with a fast-acting clamp of blanks are used.

We perform the processing using a standard tool. Material of cutting part of end cutters - BK6, drills, countersinks, forks, throwers, end cutters and countersinks of quick-cutting part P6M5.

Design Section

5.1. Describes the selected fixture design.

We design the workpiece processing fixture in step 005.

We install the blank with an untreated surface on 3 corrugated supports 1,2 and 3, press it into an untreated plane (points 4,5) and rest against an end perpendicular to the above.

Blank is clamped by means of overlay jaws installed on movable and adjustable slides. The adjustable slider is dimensioned using a screw with multidirectional threads. The movable slider moves towards the blank by means of a lever system driven in turn by poppet springs. To expand the blank at the loading position, a pneumatic chamber is fixed in the lower part of the accessory, which, when compressed air is supplied to the lower cavity, moves the rod upwards, thereby releasing the blank.
