Goat crane KKS-12.5 Goat crane is characterized by the fact that the bearing elements of the structure rest on the crane track using two support posts. Goat crane is one of the main loading and unloading machines performing loading and unloading operations with containers, bulk, heavy cargo, timber, etc. At railway freight stations, two-console gantry cranes have become predominantly widespread, allowing the most efficient use of storage areas, since the road passage and the railway track are located under the consoles, and the cargo occupies the entire span of the crane. Like all cranes of the bridge type, the goat crane performs operations to lift and lower the load, move it along the bridge and along the warehouse. On the days of loading and unloading of long cargo at railway stations and access roads of industrial enterprises, goat cranes KKS-12.5 are used (Fig. 1). The crane axle 10 is in the form of a large-cross-section lattice truss of fine rolled stock, which significantly reduces the weight of the crane, but in the manufacture such a bridge is less technological. It consists of three sections 3, 5 and 6 in the span and two consoles 1 and 9. All sections have flanges for bolting them together. At the request of the customer, one of the sections in the span can be removed, reducing the span from 32 to 20 m. Supports 2 and 7 are attached to the bridge with side flanges, which increased the crane base and provided a wide clearance between the supports, allows to move loads up to 8 m long at a height of 8 m between supports without turning.

Introduction

Rail transport in our country is a leading mode of transport. It provides the most mass transportation, is distinguished by the regularity of traffic at all times of the year, high speed and a relatively low cost of cargo transportation. Rail transport accounts for more than seventy per cent of the country's domestic freight turnover.

It envisages significant development of railway transport and further intensification of its work, which will lead to an increase in the throughput and carrying capacity of railways, an increase in freight turnover and passenger turnover, as well as an increase in the weight of freight trains and speeds on railways.

The continuous increase in the intensity of railway transport is ensured by a systematic increase in labor productivity and the systematic development of all transport sectors on the basis of the introduction of new models of electric locomotives and diesel locomotives, heavy-duty rolling stock, automation and mechanization facilities, as well as the widespread use of modern structures of the upper track structure.

The reinforcement of the track as a result of laying. Freight trolley KKS12.5

Cargo trolley of KKS12.5 crane (Fig.2) moves along monorail laid along lower belt of bridge truss on support rollers 8 mounted in hinge journals 7. Cargo trolley of KKS10 crane moves on four pairs of rollers, and KKS12.5 - on five. Bogie frame 1 has welded structure of channels with posts 4 at corners. In parallel to the monorail, guides are attached to the truss, along which balance rollers 5 roll, preventing skew during movement of the trolley. Lifting mechanism consisting of electric motor 11, toothed couplings 13, intermediate shaft 12, reduction gear 6 is mounted on bogie frame. drum 9, electric hydraulic push brake 3 and hook lifting limit switch 10. Fixed blocks 2 of three-fold double polyspast are mounted on frame. Trolley movement is performed by means of stationary traction winch (Fig.3) installed on crane bridge. Electric motor 8 is mounted on frame 4. rotation from which is transmitted through coupling with toothed bushing 1 and race 2 with brake pulley 3 to drive shaft of reduction gear 6, which has typical connection with drum 5. Winch braking is performed by brake (4) closed by casing (7). At the edges of the drum with one-sided cutting, two traction ropes are attached (see Fig. 3, c). A long rope passes inside the truss along the supporting blocks, envelops the guide blocks and is attached to the freight trolley. The short rope envelopes the guide blocks and is attached to the trolley on the other side. When the drum rotates, one end of the rope is wound and the other is wound into the released grooves, moving the trolley to one side or the other.
