General part

This project was carried out by specialists of the branch of SP DPO LO LLC in Lomonosov.

The project has been completed in accordance with the requirements of the documents specified in the list of referenced and attached documents.

The initial data for the project were: the contract and technical assignment for the design with the documents of the appendix to the TA provided by the customer.

2. characteristics of the protected object

The protected object - a residential building - is located in the Lomonosovsky district, in the production zone of Gorelovo, on Krasnoselskoye Shosse, pos. 53. Turn 2 is an apartment complex consisting of the 1st section in 12 floors.

The walls of the building are made of aerated concrete "sandwiches" lined with brick. Partitions between

premises made of aerated concrete slabs. Floors - reinforced concrete slabs.

The section on one side adjoins the multi-apartment 16-story residential complex pos. 53.B, and has an attic and a technical subpole, divided by partitions with openings into rooms 1.8 m high. The entrances to the technical subpole are from 2 sides outside the building,. Entrance to the attic - through the continuation of the staircase .

In the technical subpole there are rooms of a heat station, an electric panel, a storage room and a water metering unit.

On the ground floor - concierge rooms, stroller, elevator hall and office space for rent. On the 2... 12 floors - residential apartments .

On the 1st floor of the section in the inter-ceiling space of the suspended ceiling of the corridor there is a system of plenum ventilation of the floor rooms. In the bathrooms of the 1st floor, when lighting is turned on, exhaust ventilation is turned on.

In the central part of the attic (near the stairs) there is a room in which the engine room of the cargo and passenger elevators with their control panels is located. Above, on the additional floor, there is a ventilation chamber room, in the corridor of which there are electric control panels for the ventilation equipment of smoke removal and air overpressure and the ventilation equipment of air overpressure itself. In each corridor of the section there is a hole opening in case of fire - a smoke removal valve.

Exhaust ventilation system is installed in the technical subpole from 4 rooms of the technical subpole .

A pump station of the fire-fighting water supply system is installed in the room of the technical sub-floor water metering unit.

The entrances to the technical subpole and to the attic rooms are closed with steel doors and gratings and you can get there only with representatives of the HOA or utility operators.

Entrances to the 1st floor on 3 sides of the building.

Ventilation in residential and a number of other rooms is natural.

Suspended ceiling in the corridor of the 1st floor.

Fire alarm installation shall have reliable power supply

The power supply category of the facility is II.

In accordance with SP 5.13130.2009 (Table A1 p.-6.2), all used rooms of the 12-storey section of the house are subject to automatic fire alarm and fire warning, except for wet rooms, ventilation chambers, rooms of category B4 and D, staircases and building engineering equipment rooms in which there are no burned materials.

3. purpose, composition and operating principle of the system

Fire alarm

The fire alarm unit is designed to detect the fire source and notify people about the danger of fire with the output of all necessary information to the APS devices for detecting and localizing the ignition site, as well as carrying out the necessary actions with other systems installed in the section .

As a technical means of fire detection in the 12-storey section of the house in residential premises of apartments, including hallways, a smoke autonomous optoelectronic fire detector IP 21252SI is adopted. In addition, in the entrance hall apartments - thermal maximum fire detectors "IP 1051," In the storey corridors, electric switchboard, storage room, cable room, engine room, garbage and garbage collection rooms - plumes from smoke optical-electronic detectors "IP 21245." In corridor fire cabinets - manual detectors "IPR51310."

As the equipment for reception and processing of information on fire situation and control of fire automation actuators, the following are accepted:

Monitoring and control panel (CCL) "From 2000M," installed in the dispatchers room in the house pos. 51.1 - for monitoring and control of operation of APS devices and automation in the section. This panel controls the operation of APS devices and automation in the house pos. 53B. Queue 1 and its technical capabilities allow it to be applied to a given case. Management - via RS 485 interface over telephone lines connecting both houses.

Three control and receiving devices "Signal 20M" - to create fire alarm loops and start engineering automation.

Relay switching devices "UKVK/4" designed to connect engineering actuators to the ~ 220 V network (Plenum ventilation system, smoke removal and air pressure ventilation systems, smoke removal valves, elevator lowering systems, fire retardant valves and fire water pump station with gate valve.)

As a power source, a 24 V backup power supply with a calculated electric capacity battery is adopted.

Fire loops of types 1 and 2 (loop type is specified during programming) are monitored by equipment for operation of fire detectors connected in parallel to the loop as follows. When the 1st detector is activated, the PSK device removes power from the loop (notification reset) and supplies it again. If the detector does not go off again within one minute, the device generates and transmits the message "Sensor operation" to the network controller "C2000" and remains in standby mode. This eliminates false fire alarms. When the detector is triggered again within one minute after the first operation, the device gives the message "Warning! Danger of fire. " For type 1 and 3 SGs, when another detector is triggered in this slot, the device issues a "Fire" message and enters the "Fire" mode, giving a signal to start fire protection systems .

Further, the above-mentioned devices of the system carry out the sequential actions specified in the subsection "Systems operation."

4. main technical solutions adopted in the working project

The 12-storey section of the house, equipped with the AUPS system, forms 1 control zone.

Fire detectors are installed in compliance with the standards of distances according to SP 5.13130.2009: autonomous smoke detectors - on the ceilings of residential premises and entrance hall apartments, thermal detectors - on the ceilings of hallways, fire smoke detectors - on the ceilings of floor corridors, garbage dumping rooms and garbage collection rooms, electrical panels, storeroom, cable and engine room. Manual fire detectors are installed in the corridors of the floor in fire cabinets.

With a living space of not more than 20 square meters. m, 1 autonomous detector is installed, and if the room length is more than 9 m, detectors are installed on both sides of the room regardless of the area.

The fire alarm detectors of the section - the heat entrance hall of the apartments and the smoke of other rooms - are connected in series to the loops and are included in the PPK "Signal20M" installed in the concierge room. The SGs of the limit switches of the smoke removal valves are also turned on there.

Information on the condition of rooms and loops and fire signals from any SW are transmitted to the corresponding PSK and via RS485 interface to "S 2000 M" PCM. This is done in this way. RS485 interface lines connecting APS devices in the section go down the riser in the technical subpole, enter the telephone box and occupy free telephone lines. Then via existing telephone cables through the house pos. 53B 1 turn are transferred to dispatching office of the house of poses.51.1 to PKU "C2000M ".

Management of capture / removal and control of a condition of loops is exercised by keys on PPK "Signal 20M" and on the M C2000 remote controller.

The remote controller is configured adjusted) also on management of the relay outputs of devices "Signal 20M" on the set program of management. Configuration of the console - refer to the manufacturer's documentation and subsection of the explanatory note - "Automation."

The fire warning system serves for timely warning of people about a fire and taking measures to evacuate people and eliminate the source of fire.

In accordance with SP 3.13130.2009 (Table 2 p.-5) on the 2... 12 floors of the house, the project provides for a fire warning system of the 1st type. Since the 1st floor of the house is not residential, in accordance with SP 5.13130.2009 (Table 2, Item 16), a type 2 warning system is installed on it.

The warning system of the 12 floor section includes 18 (including 1 m per typical floor) sound indicators of the "Standard" type, which are turned on all at once in the section from the adjustable relay of the PSK device when a fire signal is received on any floor of the section. In addition, on the 1st floor of the building in the necessary places permanently switched on light indicators "Exit" are installed.

The placement of annunciators provides good signal audibility in all rooms with a permanent and temporary stay of people.

The tenants themselves respond to the signals of autonomous detectors in the residential premises of the apartments - calling specialists to correct the devices, eliminating the fires or notifying the 01 service.

All engineering equipment of the section is switched on and off with the help of communication relays UKVK/4 assigned to the equipment, which, in turn, are controlled from system relays of PPK devices, adjusted for operation according to a certain program.

5. power supply and grounding of the unit

In accordance with PUE, fire alarm systems in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as consumers of the 1st category.

Power supply of the fire alarm and warning system shall ensure operation of the plant during 24 hours in standby mode and at least 1 hour in alarm mode.

Power supply of point smoke and manual fire detectors - by loops from devices "Signal20 M." Let's check it out.

Current load in instrument loops - 3 mA. Consumption current of fire detectors: type IP 21245 - 0.045 mA, type IPR51310 - 0.1 mA, type IP 1051 - 0.03 mA.

Therefore, up to 64 smoke detectors of type IP 21245 + 1 of type IPR51310, or up to 100 heat detectors of type IP 1051 can be included in the instrument loop. The number of detectors in instrument loops meets these conditions.

Main and backup power supply of control and reception devices, power supply of light indicators, sound annunciators and switching relays "UKVK" in the premises of the building is provided from the automatically rechargeable backup power supply unit (BRP 24V) through the circuit breaker from the elevator electrical panel located near the devices .

Installation of electrical installations

In accordance with PUE, the fire alarm installation in terms of ensuring the reliability of the power supply are classified as consumers of the 1st category.

Sound annunciators loops shall be made at the facility in a metal box with fire-resistant (at least 180 minutes) shielded cable of KPSngFRLS 1x2x0.75 type, which does not spread combustion, with low smoke and gas release, in vertical sections in the riser with screen grounding, in corridors - along walls and ceilings, additionally, in installation cable channels .

Loops of smoke and thermal announcers and loops of limit switches of valves of smoke removal are carried out on an object on vertical sites in a strut by a KPSngFRLS 1х2х0.5 cable with grounding of the screen. In corridors - along walls and ceilings in installation cable channels.

On the routes to the attic engine room and to the rooms of the technical sub-floor (pantry, electric panel and cable) - with the same cable in the corrugated pipe along the ceilings and walls of the rooms.

Communication lines of network relays of PPK devices with UKVK/4 devices are carried out on floors on vertical sites in a strut by a screened KPSngFRLS 1х2х0.75 cable with grounding of the screen. In corridors - with the same cable on walls and ceilings in installation cable channels. On the routes to the attic engine room, the ventilation chamber and to the rooms of the technical floor - with the same cable in the corrugated pipe along the ceilings and walls of the rooms.

RS 485 interface lines connecting PSK devices and telephone box located in the technical subpole of the house are made on vertical sections in the riser with shielded "twisted pair" cable of KPSngFRLS 2x2x0.75 type with screen grounding. In the technical subpole, the sections on the walls and ceilings are the same shielded twisted cable with the grounding of the screen, in the corrugated pipe.

Power supply supply from an electroboard to RIP in the concierge is carried out by a cable in double isolation of VVGFRLS 3h1.5 type.

Laying of fire alarm network, fire and power network alerts are performed by separate routes, minimum distance between low-current wires and power cables is 0.5 m.

For connections between floors, use metal pipe, between rooms - smooth PVC pipe

All cable gaskets near the capital walls below 2.5 m shall be made in a metal pipe.

Installation of the fire alarm system shall be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the production and acceptance of works" RD 78.14593.
