This industrial facility is located in Voronezh, on a free area and is oriented on the sides of the world taking into account the direction of the prevailing winds. There is no reservoir near. The building was designed taking into account the engineering, geological and hydrogeological characteristics of the construction site, as well as taking into account construction, architectural, technical and economic requirements to ensure the necessary characteristics of durability, strength, stability, fire resistance and minimize the costs of building construction and operation.
