Gear pump NSh-50

Gear pump NSh-50 consists of casing 1, cover 2, drive gear 3, driven gear 4, compensators 5, end collars 6, bearings 7, balls 8, washers 9, dampers 10 and pins 11. Inside the body 1 there are two parallel cylindrical borings which are bounded by the bottom 12, and inside the lid 2 there are also two parallel cylindrical bores, only one of which is bounded by the bottom 12 and the other is through-hole.

The purpose of gear pumps is to work with viscous liquids. They are used to transport animal and vegetable oil, mayonnaise, melted mixes, chocolate, food acids, alcohols, fat, etc. Most often, such installations are required in shipbuilding, as well as in the oil, gas, chemical and food industries.
