5 Characteristics of the object

5.1 Laying of gas pipeline

a) laying of the external gas pipeline of low pressure

- connection to the external gas pipeline Ø57x3.5 is linked to the design code: 3/10508, developed by Lores CJSC;

- setting of transition 50/25;

- laying of the Ø25x3.2 gas pipeline on a facade before input in economic. room ;

- laying of Ø15x2.8 gas pipeline along the facade from the exit from the farm. premises before entering the kitchen room;

b) laying of internal low-pressure gas pipeline

- entry into the farm. the room of the Ø25x3.2 gas pipeline (through a wall the space between a wall and a case carefully is laid in a case according to the drawing 2222009 GSV.P. to close up on all thickness of a peresekayemy design, and to condense the ends of a case with elastic material).

- installation of KTZ 001251pcs thermal intake valve;

- installation of ball valve of KSH25p1pc type;

- installation of "Apator Metrix S.A." BKG4 gas counter (Poland);

- laying of the Ø20x2.8 gas pipeline from the gas meter to the Vitopend 100W boiler of Viessmann (Germany), with a capacity of 24 kW with installation of a ball crane of KSh20r type;

- supply to the boiler using flexible current-conducting hose Ø20 mm

- laying of Ø15x2.8 gas pipeline from the farm. placements to premises of kitchen through an external wall (through a wall the space between a wall and a case carefully is laid in a case according to the drawing 2222009 GSV.P. to close up on all thickness of a peresekayemy design, and to condense the ends of a case with elastic material);

- entry of Ø15x2.8 gas pipeline kitchen into the room;

- installation of thermal lock valve KTZ 001151 pcs.;

- laying of the Ø15x2.8 gas pipeline to the Beko of CG 41001 gas stove of Arcelik A.S.s installation of a ball valve like KSh-15r

- supply to gas plate by means of flexible current-conducting hose Ø15 mm;

5.2 Corrosion Protection

For corrosion protection steel sections of inlets and internal gas pipeline should be covered with 2 layers of paint on two layers of primer for external and internal works respectively.

5.3 Internal gas equipment of a residential building

5.3.1 Characteristics of cold. premises of a residential building

In the choz. a meter and a gas wall thermal block are installed in the room. Room height 2.50m. The area of ​ ​ the choz. room is 11.06m 2. Volume - 27.65m 3

In the choz. the room has a window. Total glazing area complies with SNiP 31012003 standards and is 2.60 m2. Hoz. the room has the existing ventilation channel Ø130mm.

5.3.2 Characteristics of the kitchen room of a residential building

In the kitchen room there is a gas stove "Beko CG 41001" of the company "Arcelik A.S.." Kitchen height 2.75m. The kitchen area is 28.26m 2. Volume - 77.72m 3

There is a window in the kitchen room. Total glazing area complies with SNiP 31012003 standards and is 2.40 m2. Kitchen room has existing ventilation channel Ø130mm.

5.3.3. Gas flow metering unit.

To account for gas flow to the farm. BKG4 type counter is installed in the room

Apator Metrix S.A. (Poland). Measurement limits 0.046.0 m3/h

5.3.4 Equipment characteristics:

For heating and hot water supply in the farm. thermal block "Vitopend 100W" from "Viessmann" Germany is installed in the room. Thermal unit power 24kW, gas pressure 13 20 mbar, gas flow 2, 83 m3/h. Installation of gas heating boilers should be provided for walls lined with non-combustible or difficult-combustible materials (with insulation by roofing steel on asbestos sheet with thickness of at least 3 mm) at a distance of at least 10 cm from the wall and at least 1 m from the opposite wall.

The thermal block has a coaxial smoke removal system (chimney with air duct and chimney "pipe in pipe"). Air to burn comes directly from the street. Thermal block has closed combustion chamber.

For food preparation, a gas stove "Beko CG 41001" of the company "Arcelik A.S." is installed, with a capacity of 12.5 kW with a gas flow rate of 1.33 m3/h.

Walls of combustible materials in places of installation of gas plates should be insulated with non-combustible materials: plaster, roof steel on asbestos sheet with thickness of at least 3 mm, etc. The insulation shall extend beyond the plate dimensions by 10 cm on each side and not less than 80 cm on top. The distance from the slab to the non-combustible insulated walls of the room shall be not less than 7 cm; the distance between the plate and the opposite wall shall be not less than 1 m.

Supply to gas equipment is performed by flexible current-conducting hoses.

5.4 Smoke removal and ventilation

Combustion products and air supply for combustion are carried out through coaxial system of pipes (60/100) brought directly to the street. The hole of the smoke channel on the facade of the residential building when discharging combustion products through the external wall without a vertical channel device should be placed at a distance of at least:

2.0m from ground level.

0.5m - to windows, doors and open veins. holes.

0.5m above the top face of windows, doors and open ventilation grilles

1.0m - vertically to the windows when placing holes below them.

Since the thermal block has a closed combustion chamber and the combustion air is taken directly from the street, in order to ensure 3x air exchange, it is necessary to provide a gap with a living section of 0.02 m 2 in the lower part of the door opening to the neighboring room and the existing ventilation channel. The act of inspection of chimneys and ventilation channels shall be applied.

6 Construction organization

The development of this section by the contract for the performance of design works is not provided.

The construction is carried out in accordance with the PDP and the schedule developed by the contracting organization, agreed with the customer at the stage of signing the contract.

9 Occupational Safety Recommendations

Before commencing construction and installation works, workers are required to undergo safety and health training in their organization and obtain admission to work.

An entry must be made in the work log. The workplace should be safe for the employee, namely:

During operation, workers must be equipped with special clothes and sleeves;

metal welders shall have protective shields of appropriate light resistance;

You cannot be in the working area of the mechanism;

it is not possible for unauthorized persons and children to be on the construction site.

For more complex types of work, the contracting organization must fulfill the AKP and approve it with the chief engineer of the construction organization .

10 Recommendations on environmental protection

To reduce air pollution during construction, the project recommends the following activities:

Compliance with technology and quality assurance of works performed, including alterations.

Completion of construction by benign cleaning and landscaping with restoration of vegetation cover.
