In this course project, the gas supply of the Orsha district was designed, with a population density of 350 people/ha and an average cubature of residential buildings of 50 m3/person.

They determined gas costs according to the given population density and area, taking into account utility enterprises, and also calculated the annual and estimated gas costs for the sites. Performed hydraulic calculation of the low-pressure ring network, determined pressure losses and selected the necessary diameters of gas pipelines. The intra-quarter network and gas supply of a 5-storey residential building were designed, hydraulic calculation was carried out: the necessary diameters of the plots were selected.

They selected the equipment for the gas distribution point, namely: gas filters, safety valves and pressure regulators.
