Description
GDS works as follows. Natural gas is supplied through the inlet gas pipeline at the switching unit (A1), which consists of valves on the inlet gas pipeline , bypass line and safety valves. During the repair period, the operation of the gas supply to the consumer is carried out along the bypass line using manual gas pressure control. From the switching unit, the gas is sent to the purification unit (A2). There it passes through the hair filter and is cleaned of mechanical impurities and condensate. The purified gas enters the heater of the PTPG-30 (A3) type, designed to prevent freezing of fittings and the formation of crystalline hydrates in gas pipelines. After heating, the gas is sent to the reduction unit (A5), consisting of three reduction threads designed to reduce the high inlet pressure of the gas Rvx = 12-55 kgf/cm2 to a low outlet Rvykh = 3-12 kgf/cm2 and automatically maintain the set pressure at the outlet of the reduction unit, as well as to protect the consumer's gas pipeline from an unacceptable increase in pressure. As a gas pressure regulator. From the reduction unit, gas enters the gas metering unit (A7). For gas metering, we use a quick-change narrowing device (USB). In combination with a differential bellows recorder (DSS), the device allows you to measure the flow rate of gas transported through the GDS.
