1. Source Data

1.1 Climatic characteristics of the construction area

- settlement - Kursk;

- climatic construction area - IIv;

- average design outside air temperature of the coldest five-day tnv (0.92) = 26 ۫S;

- average outside air temperature for the heating period tf. per. = 3.4 ۫S;

- heating period duration - zot. per. = 198 days;

- humidity zone - dry;

- amount of precipitation - 213 mm;

- administrative area for light climate resources - 1;

- depth of seasonal freezing of clay primers - 1800;

- special conditions of the construction area: seismicity - 5b.

2.2 Description of the design of the initial version

In the original version, the following are used:

- full-assembly construction system;

- framework structural system;

- structural diagram with longitudinal arrangement of frames;

Foundations - columnar, monolithic reinforced concrete, glass type. Depth of laying is 0.9 m.

Foundation beams - prefabricated reinforced concrete, for the pitch of columns 6 m., 400 height.

Structural columns - for buildings without bridge cranes. Continuous section, reinforced concrete, for rooms 4.8m high.

Floor columns - continuous section, reinforced concrete, for rooms 4.8 m high.

Rafter trusses - reinforced concrete, with a pitch of 12 m.

Substructure trusses - reinforced concrete, with a pitch of 18 m.

Coating - reinforced concrete ribbed slabs 3 × 6 m.

Ruberoid roof on reinforced concrete slabs (gravel flooded in bitumen, 4-layer ruberoid carpet)

Windows - steel window panels 6 × 1.2 m. Opening with double glazing .

Doors - internal wooden, steel blind 1.5 × 2.3; 900×2.3 m.

Gate - swing bipartite 4 × 4.2 m

Floors in other rooms:

- Coating: asphalt concrete;

- Underlying layer: slag;

Walls of 250 and 1185 and 1785 thick flat reinforced concrete panels, 5980 long (main panel) and 730.1480 (simple panel)

Universal partitions from steel shields 1 × 2.8 m. The lining of the shields is welded from rolling corners. The lower part is filled with steel or aluminum sheets glued to the frame. Panels are attached to the floor with anchor bolts .

2.3 Advantages and disadvantages of the initial version

The advantages of the original version include the shape of the plan, close to the square of 54 × 60 m, the absence of temperature blocks and deformation joints. However, there are a number of significant disadvantages, such as: entanglement of technological connections, small area of ​ ​ the frame cell, rooms with significant heat emissions are located in the center of the building.

3.2 Description of the design of the initial version

In the original version, the following are used:

- full-assembly construction system;

- structural diagram with longitudinal arrangement of frames;

Floor columns - I-section, steel, for rooms up to 8.0 m high.

Coating is a spatial rod system of the type of structure of hot-rolled profiles for overlapping the grid of columns 12 × 18 m.

The roof is ruberoid in profiled flooring.

Windows - steel window panels 6 × 1.2 m. Opening with double glazing .

Doors - internal wooden, steel blind 1.5 × 2.3; 900×2.3 m.

Gate - swing bipartite 4 × 4.2 m
