Main technological solutions

Purpose.

The technological part of the project 139/2007 "Extension to the building of the GoE shopping center on the street. Zhilyaka, 11 in Rechitsa," was developed in accordance with the Design Assignment.

The annex is designed to accommodate the administrative premises (offices) of specialists of the institution "Rechitsa zonal center of hygiene and epidemiology," located on ul. Zhilyaka, 11 in Rechitsa.

The composition and areas of the premises.

The structure of the designed object in accordance with the Design Assignment and taking into account the purpose includes the following rooms:

1st floor:

office of assistant epidemiologists for VBI - 26.70 m2;

technical department - 18.76 m2;

cabinet of sanitary and hygienic documentation - 15.12 m2;

driver room - 16.24 m2;

room for storage of de- means - 10.44 m2;

office of the plant - 11.31 m2;

the office of epidemiologists in the WBI - 12.89 m2;

Technical personnel room - 7.78 m2;

room of harvesting equipment - 5.89 m2;

Operating mode.

The operating mode of the GoE AP is agreed with the Customer:

5-day working week,

8 hour working day.

Running time: from 800 to 1700; lunch break from 1300 to 1400.

Weekends - Saturday, Sunday.

Technological solutions

Administrative premises (specialist offices), planned in the extension designed for the building of the Zonal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, are designed to accommodate part of the specialists of the GoE.

Extension - a three-storeyed construction, the sizes in axes of 21.000х14.200 m. There is a basement in which technical rooms are located (the incoming ventilation chamber; water supply unit, heat station; electric panel).

The names of the rooms are determined based on the functional duties of the specialists placed in them. The number of workplaces in the rooms is assigned in accordance with the Design Assignment, taking into account the requirements of the National Security Council 3.02.0303 "Administrative and residential buildings."

Taking into account the specifics of the work of the Zone Center specialists and in accordance with the Design Assignment, a number of special rooms are provided:

room for storage of disinfectants, which is equipped with racks and metal cabinets for storage of the latter in a sealed package. After the tightness violation, the exhaust cabinet installed here is used to store the decals. Disinfection agents are used by VBI epidemiologists (in-hospital infection), who go to work in the centers of mass infection, to treat patients (for example: treating the patient's head with an anti-pedicle agent). For the work of a specialist in the center of mass infection, robes and disposable rubber gloves are used. At the end of the work, the used robes are handed over to the linen, which is located in the main building of the GoE shopping center, from which they are centrally sent to the washing enterprise.

The rest room is used by specialists who do not visit nearby catering facilities during the lunch break. The project provides for the installation of a 6th local dining set (table, chairs), a domestic refrigerator, a table with a built-in wash, a kitchen table with a microwave oven and an electric kettle installed on it.

to create the most comfortable working conditions in the summer period of the year, the project provides for the installation of a shower room, complete with a pre-shower and locker room. Banquets and clothing hangers are provided as process equipment in this room unit.

for specialists to work outside the GoE AO, their own vehicles are used. In free time from departures or to wait for departure time, as well as during the lunch break, drivers are in a specially provided room - the driver's room.

The duties of the manager, whose office is located on the 1st floor of the annex, include: receiving des.means and placing them in the storage room, receiving clean robes for specialists in linen (temporary storage of the latter is provided in a combined cabinet installed in the office of the owner), receiving and issuing stationery, maintaining incoming consumables.

Since specialists of the Zonal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology use computer systems in their work, workers are needed to service these systems, install modern programs, etc. These functions are performed by engineers, whose office is planned on the 1st floor of the annex.

The zonal center of hygiene and epidemiology carries out a lot of work to instill in the population the skills of a healthy lifestyle. This function is performed by specialists of valeologists, therefore, in addition to the traditional set of furniture, a stand for visual agitation is adopted in the office.

The rooms of the GoE AO specialists are equipped with modern technological equipment taking into account the requirements of convenience and comfort.

On the 1st and 3rd floors of the annex, rooms for storing harvesting equipment are planned, which are equipped with built-in cabinets. On the 2nd floor, the built-in cabinet for storing harvesting equipment is designed in the pre-shower room.

Sanitary units are equipped with holders for disposable towels.

The number and professional composition of workers.

The number and professional composition of specialists placed in the designed extension is accepted according to the data provided by the Customer and is given below:

deputy chief physician of the GoE ZC - 1 person;

deputy chief physician for the administrative and economic part - 1 person;

head of the hygiene department - 1 person;

Head of the Department of Child and Adolescent Hygiene - 1 person;

Head of the Occupational Health Department - 1 person;

epidemiologist - 2 people;

hygienist - 4 people;

assistant epidemiologist - 3 people;

Assistant hygienist - 17 people;

radiation hygiene specialist - 2 people;

specialist valeologist - 3 people;

technical engineer - 3 people;

lawyer - 1 person;

manager - 1 person;

driver - 5 people;

technical personnel - 2 people.

Equipment.

The process equipment of the rooms is accepted by the necessary package and is given in the equipment specification:

139/2007 - TX.CO1 - 1 floor;

139/2007 - TX.CO2 - the 2nd floor;

139/2007 - TX.CO3 - the 3rd floor.

Explosion and fire safety measures

The project provides for the provision of the premises of the designed annex with primary fire extinguishing equipment in accordance with the requirements of PPB 1.042004 "General fire safety rules of the Republic of Belarus for public buildings and structures":

1st floor

manual powder extinguisher V = 5l - 4 pcs;

fire-fighting cloth - 1 pc.

2nd floor

manual powder extinguisher V = 5 l - 3 pcs.

3rd floor

manual powder extinguisher V = 5 l - 2 pcs.

Fire alarm device is provided in all rooms.
