Description

The cement furnace is a cylindrical structure with a length of 7.6 meters and a diameter of 4 meters. It has the same diameter along the entire length. Furnace housing consists of 2 shells welded to each other (along ring joint). The diameter of both shells is 4 m, the length of the first is -4.5 m, the length of the second is 3.1 m. Each shell consists of 3 segments of a sheet 30 mm thick. Segments of annular box are welded to segments of the first shell, into which slats are welded for suspension of chains. In total, 6 segments of the annular box and 36 slashes (four for each segment of the annular box) are welded to the segments of the first shell. To the segments of the second shell there welded are 3 segments of an annular box with 4 slashes in each, 3 segments of an annular elbow to which 5 mounting films are welded, and 3 segments of the bottom are also welded. All this is welded inside the shells, and outside to the shells are welded lifting arms, two of them (welded at the edges).
