1. Product Overview

1.1. The board is designed for light signalling of fuel and lubricants base operation parameters, alarm sound and centralized actuation of fire pumps in case of fire.

1.2. The equipment of the shield is a design-built item of individual manufacture. This set of equipment is made according to 9405A.N1 working documentation, made on the basis of schematic diagrams of 9405A working documentation, sheets 3... 6.

2. Basic Technical Data and Specifications

2.1. Board type on OCT36.1390 - ShchShPD1800h800h600 UHL3.1, IP54.

2.2. Design characteristics:

• cabinet board with right front door;

• execution as per OST36.1390 - I;

• overall dimensions, mm - 1800х800х600;

• weight, kg, not more than - 120;

• climatic design and accommodation category as per GOST 1515069 - UHL3.1;

• degree of protection as per GOST 1425496 - IP54.

2.3. Control circuit voltage is 220V. Allowable deviation ± 10% from the nominal value.

2.4. The current genus is alternating.

2.5. Frequency - 50 Hz.

2.6. The composition of the panel equipment is given in the detailed documentation 9405A.H1.

2.7. The panel housing must be grounded.

2.8. Grounding system - IT.

2.9. The operating mode is long, round-the-clock.

2.10. Operating conditions:

• ambient air temperature - + 50С... + 450С

• relative air humidity up to 80% (at t + 200C)

• atmospheric pressure from 86.6kPa (650 mm Hg) to 106.7kPa (800 mm Hg)

• constant vibration with frequency up to 30 Hz and amplitude up to 0.2 mm.

The environment should not contain harmful impurities causing metal corrosion.

Detailed documentation 9405A, sheets 3... 6 shows schematic diagrams of the equipment of the shield.

Complaints Information

7.1. In case of detection of malfunctions during the item commissioning, as well as in case of product failure during the warranty period, the consumer shall send a notification to the manufacturer with the following data:

─ name of the product, date of release and date of commissioning of the product;

─ the nature of the defect;

─ address to which the manufacturer's representative is to arrive, telephone number.

The notice is sent to: 660048, Krasnoyarsk, st. Bryanskaya, 360 LLC "Yeniseizolotoavtomatika."

7.2. The consumer together with the representative of the manufacturer shall draw up the act of failure of the product, which serves as the basis for the warranty repair.

7.3. The procedure for issuing penalties is determined by existing legislation.
