Characteristics of the protected building.

The Flowers store is a two-story extension with a basement to a residential multi-story building. Bearing structures are made of brick. The ceiling height is 2.7 m. The main fire load is made up of window openings, roofs, furniture, combustible packaging.

2.1. Reception and control guard-fire PPKOP "Granit4."

PPKOP "Granit4" is designed to protect various objects equipped with electromagnetic and current-consuming security and fire detectors.

The device allows you to connect 4 alarm loops, which can serve as a security or firefighter. The device has the possibility of autonomous protection when powered from AC mains or a battery with the output of alarms to remote sound and light annunciators.

The device provides automatic switching to power supply from a backup DC source in case of loss of mains voltage. "Alarm" signal is not output.

The device has four main operating modes:

- mode of removal from the guard;

- security regime;

- alarm mode;

- test mode.

The device goes into alarm mode in case of violation of monitored alarm loops.

The device provides for protection and removal of any SH separately by pressing the button of this SH. Setting/removal of any SH for protection is confirmed by built-in sound annunciator.

The device provides indication of power supply and status of SB by LED indicators.

3. Basic technical solutions. Fire alarm.

In the tambour there are fire alarm devices based on the PPKOP "Granit4."

Smoke ISPs 2123CM are used as automatic fire detectors. Selection of detectors depending on the purpose in accordance with NPB 8801 (Annex 12).

Smoke fire detectors are installed on the ceiling, using self-cuts.

In accordance with NPB 8801 (item 12. 28) in the working design, the distance from the detectors to the walls and between the detectors does not exceed the values ​ ​ given in Table 5, 7. At least two detectors are installed in each room (NPB 8801 p. 12. 16).

Manual fire detectors (such as IPRZSU) are installed at the exits and are included in the fire alarm loop. Manual fire detectors are installed on the wall, at a distance of 1.5 m from the floor. Fire alarm loops of the premises are laid by KSPV 4x0.5 wire and are connected to PKPOP "Granit4." Cables are laid in the electrical PVC box, as well as in the corrugated pipe. The number of fire detectors in one loop does not exceed the permissible current consumption specified in the technical certificate on PKPOP "Granit4."

4. Principle of automatic fire alarm system operation.

Fire alarm loops are guarded around the clock and cannot be removed.

In standby mode, when power is supplied from the mains, the "Mains" LED is ON on PKPOP "Granit4."

At operation of smoke fire detector in any SBS PKPOP "Granit4" generates "WARNING" signal and green LED of corresponding SBS flashes on the device. When the second smoke or heat fire detector is activated, the device enters the "FIRE" mode. When the manual fire detector is activated, the device immediately enters the "FIRE" mode. At the same time, a red LED flashes, indicating the alarm loop.

Equipment and equipment used in the project have certificates of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and compliance with state standards of Russia.

5. Installation of electrical equipment and wires.

Installation of equipment shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design. All deviations from the design solution shall be agreed with the design organization and supervisory authorities in writing, with a reasonable calculation confirming the reliability of fire protection of the building based on these deviations from the project.

The installation organization must familiarize itself with the design and study the equipment used before work. Organizations that previously used this equipment only need to study the project.

The equipment is allowed for installation and installation after the incoming inspection with the preparation of an act in the established form.

Installation of the equipment is carried out after readiness and acceptance of the building for installation and the certificate of construction readiness in accordance with the requirement from SNiP 3.01.0185 "Organization of construction production."

Installation shall be carried out in a certain sequence:

- check of presence of embedded devices, holes for wire through passage;

- mark the routes;

- to secure cables, cable-channels and PVC pipes in the specified places;

- install wires;

- install detectors (close smoke detectors with dusting packages during installation works);

- install the control and receiving device (PKP) and power supply;

- connect alarm loops one by one (if "Malfunction" signal appears on the SCP via SB, eliminate these faults;

- perform individual tests of the device, turning on all SG detectors in turn;

- check operation of output relays.

The stage of integrated testing is carried out after completion of all installation works and individual tests. In order:

- check serviceability of all controlled devices;

- connect external control cables;

- set all installations to operating modes;

- perform comprehensive testing of the units.

Safety instructors are allowed to install and maintain the system. Passing the briefing is noted in the journal.

During installation works observe the requirements of SNII480 Safety in construction, Rules for operation of consumer installations, Safety rules for operation of consumer electrical installations

State energy supervision.

During construction and installation works, the workstations of the installers must be equipped with devices that ensure the safety of the work.

When working with electrical installations, hang warning posters. Perform electrical works in operating units only after voltage removal.

Commissioning shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.06.

Grounding.

Elements of electrical equipment of automatic fire alarm system shall meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0

All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it, due to failure of insulation, are subject to grounding (earthing). The potentials must be balanced.

Protective grounding (grounding) must be performed in accordance with the "Electrical Installations Design Rules" (PUE, Edition 7, Chapter 1.7), SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical Devices," the requirements of GOST 12.1.03081 and technical documentation of manufacturers of components.

The resistance of the grounding device must be not more than 4 ohms.

8. Qualification of persons for installation, maintenance and operation.

Installation works shall be carried out by a specialized organization with qualified specialists and the necessary licenses for these types of works, at the construction readiness of the facility, in strict accordance with the current norms and rules for the installation, testing and commissioning of fire alarm units RD 78.14593.

Start installation and commissioning works after performance of safety measures as per SNiP 111480 and incoming inspection certificate. The personnel number standards take into account the performance of maintenance and scheduled maintenance of fire protection plants by the enterprise operating these plants.
