Project of the fire alarm system (SPS) at the facility: OJSC Padzea, food store, Minsk, st. V. Khoruzhey, 30 developed by NATPAK LLC on the basis of:

The initial design data was the construction drawings of the facility premises provided by the Customer.

The project documentation and technical solutions adopted in this project meet the requirements of the following guidelines and regulatory documents:

Fire alarm system; (ATP) - a set of technical means intended for detection of fire factors, generation, collection, processing, recording and transmission in the specified form of signals about fire, operating modes of the system, other information and, if necessary, output of signals for control of technical means of fire protection, technological, electrical and other equipment.

The technical solutions adopted in this project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures stipulated by the project.

Description and characteristics of the object

The object is a separate five-story residential building with a basement. The store occupies part of the first floor and the basement. In the basement there are technical rooms with a ceiling height of up to 3.5 m. The walls are capital, the floors are reinforced concrete. From the basement there is one exit to the street.

The trading hall is located on the ground floor of the building. Ceiling height from 3.5 m to 6 m. Capital walls, reinforced concrete floors. On the ground floor there are three exits to the street.

The total area of ​ ​ the fire compartment of the premises is 314.59.

Premises not subject to ATP protection are located on the facility: san. units, vestibules, refrigerators.

Selection of FP type is made on the basis of SNB 2.02.0504 and Appendix P. Smoke FP and thermal FP are selected for protection of premises.

There is no 24-hour post. The object is telephoned.

Basic System Technical Solutions

The developed system shall provide the following tasks:

monitoring of 8 fire alarm loops with backless PIs;

detection of fire factors (smoke, heat) in protected premises;

provision of "Norm," "Break," "Short circuit," "Fire" notices;

generation, collection, processing, recording and transmission in the specified form of signals about fire, system operation modes, other information to the observation point and to the dispatching point of RB fire automation;

output of signals for fire warning equipment start-up

output of signals for ventilation devices control.

ATP shall provide control of fire warning system and have function increasing reliability of fire detection.

When analyzing technical data, cost and other indicators, the A16512 device was chosen as the PPKP, which allows you to connect all alarm loops and use the capacity of the device as efficiently as possible.

Selection of ATP equipment is made on the basis of analysis of building design characteristics and purpose of premises, as well as on the basis of the following documents:

- "List of fire protection devices allowed for use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus";

- "Information list of fire protection equipment produced in RB"

By Union of Right Forces it is executed on the basis of PPKP A16512 and consists of the following components:

PPKP A16512;

VPU-A-16;

UD3T access device;

DS1990A, DS1991DS1996 Internal Key Reader

Relay module PM642;

Smoke fire detector IP2125MU;

Thermal fire detector IP1035;

Fire detector manual IPR3SU;

"Lightning" message transmission unit;

ZOS1M light-and-sound annunciator.

Fire warning system consists of the following components:

ASTo12S light-and-sound placard;

The system status is monitored by the instrument itself.

The fire alarm system (setting/removal, alarm clearing, etc.) is controlled by reading the DS1990A electronic keys through the access device UD3T.

The outputs of the relay of PKP "A16512" are programmed on dumping of food of smoke announcers, control of the warning system, control of the ventilation system and signaling on BPS "Lightning".

The fire alarm system is organized using fire smoke detectors IP2125MU, fire heat detectors IP1035 and manual detectors IPR3SU. Smoke fire detectors are powered by SCP, through relay 3 programmed for "smoke detector power release."

Each point of the protected surface is controlled by one fire smoke detector, but at least two in each room.

According to SNB 2.02.02, the object provides for a fire warning system of the SO-2 type with automatic start-up. Light-and-sound banners with the inscription "Exit" and "Fire" ASTO12S are used as means of indication of escape routes and sound warning about fire. These devices are connected to outputs of SCP A16512. ZOS1M light-and-sound annunciator is installed on the building facade. This device is connected to outputs of PKP MPS. The store alert system includes one alert area.

The installed placards ensure that the sound pressure level above the noise background (in accordance with TKP/OR/452.02-22-2006) exceeds by 10 dB .

Backup power supply of the SCP of the Warning System and current-consuming detectors is carried out from the storage battery with capacity of 18 A * h, which is installed in the SCP housing. The SCP and power supply units provide automatic charging and monitoring of the ACS condition. Calculation of the capacity of the batteries installed in the PCB housing and power supply units is given in Section 5.

According to SNB 2.02.0504, the output of signals on actuation and malfunction from the PPKOP "A16512" receiving and control fire protection device (through the relay 1,2 PKP) to the fire automation dispatch point (PDPA) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus. The BPS "Lightning" is used as a transmitting device.

ATP outputs signal for ventilation shutdown by opening of normally closed contacts of relay 4 of SCP A16512.

Installation of equipment and wiring

All equipment is installed in protected rooms on a stable and strong surface of the wall or ceiling according to the wiring plan of the ATP network. For installation and connection of cables refer to working drawings and procedures. description of the equipment used. Control equipment shall be installed on non-combustible material structures.

Erection of ATP equipment and wiring shall be performed at a distance of not less than 0.5 m from existing electrical lighting devices and power lines.

Low-current lines of ATP are made by cable KSPeV 2x0,4, KSPeV 4x0,4, KSPeV 10x0,4, VVP 2 * 0.75.

The A16512 control and receiving device is installed in the room of the p/f rating on the wall according to SNB 2.02.0504.

ZOS1M light annunciator is installed on the building facade. A resistor is installed inside the annunciator housing according to the connection scheme.

Smoke and heat detectors are installed on the ceiling or floor plane.

Smoke detectors in room 1 and 6 of 1st floor shall be installed on steel sheet as per NSS 2.02.0504.

Manual fire detectors are installed at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level according to SNB 2.02.0504 .

ASTO12S light-and-sound annunciators are installed at a height of 2.3 m from the floor level on the walls.

The line part of ATP is wired along walls and ceiling with laying of wires and cables in PVC ducts and open.

The line part of ATP in room 1 of the 1st floor is wired along the walls and ceiling with laying of wires and cables in metal brick.

Passages through piercing holes in walls between rooms are made in PVC pipe with filling with non-combustible materials according to PUE.

Organization and execution of construction and installation works

CIW shall be carried out on the basis of contract agreement with Owner.

CIW shall be carried out in accordance with the design documentation.

Industrial installation methods and progressive technology are used in the work.
